Spacious room and new look. Staff was very friendly.

No air conditioning in the room, it was terribly hot. I have requested a cot on my reservation and there was no availability.

Handy kitchen. Two toilets plus large bathroom.

It was far too hot and no air conditioning. The two bedroom apartment turned out to be one bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room.

The breakfast was really poor as there are not a lot of choices

When I arrived at the hotel at 01 am the night my room was already blocked so they sent me to another hotel where the door of the garage wasn't working. So I had to park the car at the first hotel and then walk to the second hotel where they found a free room in the middle of the night. Both of the receptionists were on the phone for 15 minutes before they addressed me. Horrible experience

The breakfast was not good at all and had, i booked the room with the breakfast and when I asked them for omelette they told me any hot plate will cost you extra money!!! There was a bad smell in the rooms corridor.

Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was warm and clean and the hotel laid on a shuttle to and from the airport which was great.

The location was remote, the TV had 1 English speaking channel which was CNN, the hob in the room was temperamental, the dish washer didn’t work, there was 1 cup and 1 chair for 2 guests, not sure why we paid a city tax as we were in the middle of nowhere.

The room was fairly large, the bathroom and closet plenty big, and the separate toilet chamber was appreciated. I didn't get to use the kitchen facilities. I liked the towel heater and the space heater in the room that I could control. The breakfast was quite nice. At night I had to park in the rear but it was a quick walk inside.

The beds were a little firm, would be nice to have a bit softer topping, but overall comfortable. It is an aparthotel so a little pricey per night for longer duration stays. Perhaps they have deals for longer stays-- that would be worth it.

Spacious flats in Thory, close to the motorway at a few kilometres from the border. Breakfast OK, with not much choice and always the same.

I stayed four nights, and they never cleaned my room. Very poor wifi, sometimes it was impossible to access any website at all.

It was clean inside the bedroom, but silverware in the kitchen could be massively improved. The corridors looks very much to be upgraded & renovated, the carpet in the corridors are stained and dirty, common areas are not very appealing at all.

you have to pay for the eggs in breakfast. I rent bicycles from the reception for the whole day after I parked them in the hotel and came back to use them, I find out that they rent it to someone else within the same day and they didn’t apologize for it. I booked for two studios and one apartment, one of the studios have mold in it and the ceiling of the bathroom also have mold in it.
