O hotel estava com o ar condicionado inoperante e só me trouxeram um ventilador no segundo dia. Eu havia reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro / uma de casal e me deram um quarto minúsculo com uma cama de solteiro. Depois que reclamei me colocaram em um quarto gigantesco onde não se podia abrir a janela por causa da vista (que era maravilhosa) e assim o calor era sufocante.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the center of Prague's Old Town. We enjoyed the wonderful location and the ability to step out of the hotel right onto the central square. It wasn't, however, noisy, and we had a good sleep throughout. We appreciate that despite our early arrival, the room was ready for us as we arrived. The deluxe room was spacious and lovely, with classic furniture and a high ceiling. It seems that the hotel is well-kept and all the amenities in the room were very-well maintained throughout our stay. The air conditioning was spot-on in the hot days we encountered. In addition, although it seems like an old building, there's a nice elevator inside, and that's also a plus compared to many other small hotels. The breakfast was good and everyone could find something to eat. The hotel is a boutique hotel and it feels quiet and calm despite being in the city center. We appreciated the classic decor, big rooms and high ceilings.

Personalen var inte så tillmötesgående. Vid frukosten hade de bara ett bord för 4 personer, medan resten var för 2 personer. Även om det var möjligt att flytta borden tilläts inte detta och familjer eller sällskap kunde inte sitta tillsammans. Måltiderna är viktiga när man reser tillsammans så jag tyckte att denna princip var irriterande.

The only thing was that the room was an attic room in which two ceiling windows did not have coverings and hence was far lighter than we like for sleeping.
