Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spotless with plenty of room for the family of four adults. Beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast had a great variety of foods and the breakfast room was so unique- underground with vaulted ceilings and stone walls. The hotel is is a great location- walking distance to the castle, St Charles Bridge, and many more sights of Prague. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.

Location was very good, breakfast with multiple options and the room was very comfortable and with good space. The staff was very friendly, we felt really good and well taken care of.

the property was gorgeous, clean and quaint with spacious rooms that felt like apartments. the property was located in a quiet area that was right next to the popular tram area which can take you to the old town, new town etc for cheap and for very quickly. as we had an anniversary booking - we received a complimentary bottle of white wine which was a lovely touch

i didnt like that there was no reception at hotel waldstein, if you need anything you have to leave the hotel and go next door to the sister location the three storks. whenever something was booked through the hotel, it was say you were in next doors hotel rather than the waldstein which i deemed to be inconvenient. i will also say, if you stay here - keep the little notice on the door at all times, if you want your room cleaned they will assume you want it cleaned if you dont have the notice on the door saying you dont. not too much of an issue but when returning from the shop the staff had made the beds and refilled the coffee and we had the staff trying to enter the room as it was half completed and they hadnt noticed we had returned.

Well located for main sights, large comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely staff, character property.

This stay really exceed my expectations. Unusual look inside. All the staff were so friendly, Miss Michaela and Helena were great. We also got a little upgrade of our room. Hopefully we get to come back soon!! Glad for my decision!

The room and the hotel were simply amazing (it is not even a hotel, it is a palace)! Very good breakfast, super nice and helpful staff. The area is beautiful, very close to the Charles Bridge. I will definetly come again!

The accommodations, the breakfast were very good!!

The Reception/Lobby of the hotel was 2 blocks far from the rooms. It was uncomfortable (due to the temperature)

Lovely staff, prosecco at breakfast which was a nice touch. Great room and very helpful with tours and things to do.

Don't ask for a taxi through the hotel they will charge double. Use uber or bolt.

No elevators, location is not near to city centre, across the river. Only 1 bathroom for the family room.
