The views are just breathtaking and the complex is lovely overall. It's very close to the main town area. The staff was kind and helpful.

The pool wasn't open, but understandable as it wasn't peak season.

The locating is nice and very close to the city center of Gordes, and the property had a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and the surroundings peaceful.

We traveled for over 800km with a baby dog, when we arrived at the property we let the dog off leash for a few minutes in order for him to run and stretch from the 10 hours car ride. It was 20 PM, no one was outside and our dog never barked. Upon our arrival we immediately received a message from the staff to put the dog on leash. We understand that other clients might not like animals, but again we just wanted the dog to be able to walk free for a few minutes. The message that was sent by the staff could be more polite and kind towards the situation. The staff overall, was OK but not amazingly nice.

Exceptionally friendly staff, comfortable room, and short walk to Gordes. We also liked the little snack bar, where we enjoyed a late evening snack and drinks.

Everything was perfect.

The location, situated with a view of central Gordes and the valley below, is excellent. The facilities are clean and the staff is helpful.

The only challenge was warm October weather - we had to keep the front door of our room open in order to get cool, fresh air.

Breakfasts were very good and surrounds were very well kept

There was only 1 staff member on duty on the last day of the stay to check out guests and to serve all the breakfasts ( the excellent Christophe) this is not what I expect of a 4 star accomodation review

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It’s so relaxing in a gorgeous setting. Parking was very easy. Walking over to Gordes every evening was just perfect.

Great location with asy 5 min walk to town. Excellent cycling in the surrounding countryside .Facilities and staff were excellent. Booked a massage it was great! Breakfast and poolside snacks were excellent as well.

Christof. Gives off an aire of stress. He is not a good match for customer service. He makes you feel uncomfortable. When you ask him for something - it is just too much to ask. He appears nervous and overwhelmed. We would not return because of his aura.

Unbelievably delightful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Amazing views, great terrace and pool, delicious breakfast, super-friendly and helpful staff, parking available. We are so happy to have found this hotel and stayed here. Would most definitely stay here again. Absolutely wonderful in every respect. 11 out of 10!!
