We loved our stay at Villa Hautvallon! Mariane and Pierre were very gracious hosts, and were helpful with making dinner reservations, recommending things to see, and even setting up a lovely outdoor space for us to enjoy the wine and cheese we purchased while out during the day. The villa and grounds are gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk into town for the Tuesday morning market, and parking in town in the evenings for dinner was easy. Our family suite was spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each morning in the charming breakfast room. We felt thoroughly pampered, and we hated to leave.

Beautiful luxurious place in Gordes. As the gate opened, we knew we were in good hands. Lights came on in the driveway to welcome us. The friendly host came out to greet us. The home is huge and so beautifully decorated. I had to check my booking to see if I had accidentally entered a 5 star resort. I'm serious. Everything was perfect. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The grounds were lovely. I will most definitely return.

one of the most luxurious accommodations. many thanks to the villa managers for a wonderful stay. the Provencal and Colonial rooms are simply magnificent. treated like the dearest guests. easy access, parking, silence and stars in the night sky were all charming. helped with booking a table in the restaurant, dinner was perfect. recommended places to visit in provence. absolute privacy.

very quiet area with a refreshing pool.

Everything was very beautifully decorated and super clean. Beautiful garden and spots to enjoy. Pierre and his family are very welcoming. Pool is a bit cold which however is refreshing when having hot wether all day. Furthermore the pool was perfectly clean. We also really enjoyed the barbecue at the villa. We would love to come back.

Nothing to criticise at all

Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, historic architecture, delightful hosts.

The continental breakfast was delicious, tasty and fresh. Rooms were superb, with lovely comfy beds. Both Pierre and Jean-Francois who run Villa Hautvallon were charming (and their gorgeous big dog - even after our grumpy old dog had a go at it!) Perfect location - 5 mins walk into town, gentle slope, not the hike I was expecting!

Wouldn't have changed anything

The setting of this B&B is simply stunning, an absolute haven in the Provence region. Delicious breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. Pierre was also fabulous with suggestions of places to eat and things to do and is always willing to assist.

Just having to walk up and down the hill into town was a little challenging after a while. After a lovely dinner, having to climb the hill back up to the B&B was tiring however this is outside of the B&Bs responsibility. Just bring good comfortable walking shoes :-)

Location was great, close to town. Great facilities. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Heated pool! It was a little cold! We also thought that the walk back to the hotel at night was dark (no lights at all!)
