Beautiful location with best view on the island! Our room had its own little terasse, and the whole place is like being in an enormous Garden of Eden. The host was very friendly.

The beds were quite hard, which we weren't used to. Also the WiFi wasn't very reliable, but I think that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. It's a problem of the islands, we had the same on Stromboli.

The view is perfect over the town and the harbor. The breakfast a little bit small but the coffee ok.

This property had an amazing view and was very affordable. We loved sitting in the chairs outdoors and watching the sunset.

Fantastic villa up in the mountains of Lipari. Very helpful and service minded staff. You can book the room with or with out breakfast. I booked with out breakfast. The room had the traditional Italian beddings (which is a little hard). The room had a fridge and very well working internet, no problem to see Youtube. Attached to the room was an amazing terrace with a great view over Lepari. The garden has nice flowers. Transport down to the harbour at departure free of charge.

Absolut nothing to complain about. The location is amazing but it also demands some walking up hills to reach this villa. Particularly heavy luggage can be a problem, if you use google map and misses the convenient short cuts (google map shows the map for cars). If luggage is a problem call Villa Diana they will most certainly pick you up at the harbour.

The breakfast was quite good, it has a wonderful view over Lipari, we could buy water at the hotel, i loved the plants and huge balconys

the rooms did not feel comfortable, window in the bath could not been closed, a lot of moskitos, it looked everything a bit old, was quite expensive for the quality

The location is very close to the city centre, just a short 10 minute walk. The garden is also very lovely, the view is great and each room has a nice seating area outside.

The room itself was not great. It looks like nothing has been done since the place opened 30 years ago. The beds weren't really comfortable (you can feel the springs in the mattress), there was a cable coming out of the wall (I'm guessing where a lamp used to be), the small fridge that was there made a lot of noise, and the shower head was leaking.

The villa is very elegant and nicely decorated and the views to the old city from the common terrace are stunning. The breakfast is simple but nice. Location is good - a 10 minutes walk to the city center. All in all, good value for money.

No breakfast with my single room. Location is superb.

my first single room 9 was terribly small and uncomfortable I moved to the only other single room, 2 and except for the bed which I find unacceptable, it was excellent. Huge terrace. Other guests were quiet and friendly. Staff: seems to be three brothers. OK. multilingual. Garden is abandoned and trees are damaged and dying. I offered to consult with the gardener (I'm retired landscaper) and as I suspected, there is no gardener. Someone comes every 3 months to chop at the plants. Sad situation. No one cares for what could be a gorgeous property which has many citrus and fig and olive trees.

Friendly and helpful staff, the free shuttle to the port was very nice! The room has a beautiful view over Lipari and was very clean. Bathroom was great. Overall a great experience

Shower was broken, poor ventilation in the room. Last bit of the walk was across a narrow busy street with lots of traffic. We almost got hit a couple times.

The staff was extremely helpful, nice and professional, and going one step further to assure a great stay. The day of our arrival we discovered a regional strike in Calabria that was impacting the departure of our ferry. The hotel staff suggested us to drive to a Sicily region and check departures from there, and we did so! They also provided great advice on meteo and the available tours of the islands due to meteo conditions. The rooms were spacious and clean with a rustic decor, everything confortable mantaining the feeling of the "old days". Very nice view from the garden. Location. Exceptional! 10 minutes walk from everywhere but in a secluded and private. Definetely a place we would like to came back to!

My only suggestion for improvement would be a faster Internet and some USB plugs around the room.

The location was perfect. Close to the city center with beautiful view! A 15 mn of the harbour. Well welcome and apt to answer all my questions. They offered me a lift to take the ferry.

The shower was a bit too cold for me... I could not find a way to have warmer water. However, it was refreshing, especially during hot days!

The views are fenomenal, it is close to the main Street and the port. They have really nice gardens you can enjoy. The staff was really nice, I even got offered a free ride to the port.
