This is a beautiful place to stay in Lipari - very comfortable, spotless, friendly staff and in an easy walk to town. Would recommend highly and would return.

Amazing amazing stay at Hotel Villa Cute Francesco and his beautiful staff could not have done more Booking trips and even a haircut for us! Pool breakfast rooms everything just perfect

Francesco was a great host, very personable and transported us to and from the port at no charge. The pool was great and heated and the breakfast was awesome, lots of variety. The room was very clean and cleaned every day which was a real treat. Newly renovated bathroom and massive shower was awesome

It was a bit of a walk to the main area 10 minutes but hilly.

Hotel Villa Cute was run by very helpful, friendly people. They collected us from the port and pointed out the way to walk down into town (5-10 minutes). The room was very, very spacious and comfortable. Our terrace had a pleasant view. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety. The pool was a clean and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel.

Beautiful views over Lipari and out to the ocean. Fabulous staff who are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety including eggs your way.

The hotel location is good and our room afforded great views of the town. The breakfast fare was reasonable and the owner catered for my Coeliac diet.

What is not to like about this place! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the centre but far enough away from the noise and bustle of the centre. Amazing view over the city to the water. Our room was spacious and clean. It led out to a terrace of our own which was on the same level as the breakfast area and the pool! The Pool was beautiful, clean, large and overlooked the city and water. The staff could not do enough for us and Francesco was very accommodating with any of our requests. Bed was so comfortable, Air Con worked a treat, bathroom was spacious and very clean.

Great welcome at the hotel where we were invited to a complimentary drink. Best eggs ever and they even helped with booking a great boat trip around the Aeolian Islands. The sea view from the pool is amazing.

Super convenient location, a quick walk from the town. Great hosts, Francesco proactively makes sure everything is ok and he’s happy to help with anything. The Villa itself must have been recently renovated because everything looks new.

We can’t praise this hotel enough. The room was very comfortable, clean and with modern bathrooms. All the staff were super friendly, funny and always there to help. The pool area has a small bar and sitting area with a pool facing the sea and town centre. The breakfast was included and was fresh and delicious. It took around 5-10 minutes to walk to the town centre, so we found it a nice stroll in the evening to burn off the pizza before we went to bed. we thorpughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Cute and would definitely come again.

exceptional hospitality experience: Very familiar and including atmosphere. Francesco and his team where very supportive by organizing sightseeing trips by boat and vespa and always sharing the best local tips. as a lot of locals come to the hotel for dinner as well we had the opportunity to experience the Italian culture. very good food: continental breakfast - individual requests are considered by the chef. local and and homegrown products make the difference here. daily changing menu for lunch and dinner. location with panoramic view of the historic city center: city center and port can be reached by a 10 min walk. moreover the hotel offers and organizes shuttle services to the center and beach nearby which is free of charge.

Friendly, comfortable, easygoing : we had a wonderful three nights stay. Francesco and his team are eager to please their guests and make everything seamless. If we happen to come back to Lipari, we will definitely stay at Villa de Pasquale.

Beautiful location with an easy walk to the harbour. The service and attention to customers is outstanding. So very friendly and warm staff. We truly felt at home during the whole visit.

Very spațios apartament, lovely staff, amazing views over Lipari and the sea. Newton and the owner super nice. Very nice big terrace to enjoy the views. Easy access into town.

Noise insulation not the best, if noisy neighbours not a very pleasant evening. No air conditioning in the living room.
