We had an absolutely delightful stay! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The swimming pool area was cozy and peaceful. And the breakfast – it was simply fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Moreover, the hotel's location couldn't be any better! Being right in the heart of the city made it super convenient for us to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants with ease. Another plus is that they're dog friendly! Would definitely stay again.

The only minor downsides were the slightly dim balcony and bathroom. Nonetheless, they were far outweighed by the many positives.

breakfast was excellent even for me as a diabetic,

I didn't like that the refrigerator, because of which we chose that hotel, she didn't caress at all I needed to store a medicine in it that required a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius, as a result of not reaching this temperature, I had to stop the treatment and throw away the expensive medicine because it was degraded.

Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was small but had everything we needed and it was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was varied, particularly if you have a sweet tooth. It was my birthday when we stayed and the team surprised me with a little home-made birthday cake when we arrived in the breakfast room. What a lovely idea and very tasty as well!

The drain of the water in to the sewer is very slow. you have to wait a few minutes until the shower is completely empty of water.

We did love the breakfast, plenty of choices available and the staff was very efficient and helpful. The hotel is only few minutes walking from the city centre but it's not noisy. Lot of space in our room, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm and there was also a nice little balcony facing the sea.

Unfortunately we found hair in the shower however the rest of the bathroom and the room were clean.

The friendly and helpful staff is what sets this property apart from other equally good hotels in this area. Especially the receptionist Marcella showed a genuine interest and went air of her way to help us find solutions for some car problems we faced Also very good breakfast!
