The location is great and affordable. The staff was very helpful

The club promoter obviously had her own agenda and unfortunately we went to the wrong party. We are 20 years old and she recommended a place with 14 year olds. It was very uncomfortable and boring.

Breakfast was good and I think everyone can find something to their liking. Everything fresh and carefully selected. The room was very clean and maintained every day. The bathroom was large, clean and with good hygiene products.

A mini fridge would have been a valuable and useful addition.

Easy to find. Close to the beach. (1 min walking). Close to Dante street (5 min walking). Good and rich breakfast that can be served until 12 o'clock. Clean room, pretty large bathroom (more like a 3 star room, not 2). Side seaview. Elevator. AC working ok. Helpful people.

Many noises from the floor hallway can be heard inside the room ( though no sounds from outside). Lack of a minifridge. Rather small room.

The location was good, the staff was friendly and in general the hotel was OK. And the free bikes were a great touch, I used them everyday.

What I really hate is false advertising. This is stated in the description of the hotel: "Guests have discounts at a private beach located nearby." When I went to the beach suggested at the hotel they asked for 7 euros for a sunbed without umbrella, which is a normal price for tourists, back at the hotel they confirmed they don't have any agreement with the beach to get a discount. I know it is not much money, but why advertise something that is not true? (I went a couple of beaches down and through a friend paid half of the amount.) Also the Wifi in my room didn't work and the breakfast was exactly the same every day.

I can highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, great location and above all, kind, friendly and very hard working staff. If I return to Riccone I will definitely choose Hotel Alabama again.
