La ubicación excelente

The location, right next to the plaza major, couldn't be better. The hotel was clean and modern, comfortable and bright with great views. The dog loved his little bed and treat!

fantastic location by plaza mayor. we upgraded from a budget room and this was a much better size with a lovely view over a garden square. room was clean and comfortable. hearty breakfast!

while the bathroom and towels were perfectly clean a nice shower would have been preferable to the in- bath arrangement, which feels a little dated.

Location was excellent for sightseeing right on the Plaza Mayor and a 10 minute walk from all the sights and museums and hundreds of restaurants. Family friendly (and dog friendly) budget hotel, even has bunk beds for the kids. Staff were competent but overwhelmed as there were not enough staff to service to Semana Santa crowds. No frills and a bit worn, but good value for location.

Front desk (one person) was very understaffed for hotel size. Towels were threadbare. Bath products were low quality. Room and hallways were worn down and need refurbishment. Only one power outlet in the bedroom area. But you get what you pay for and this place was inexpensive for it's location, especially during Semana Santa.

The location was fabulous. Very central so easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good, coffee from a machine- delicious. Cold options for breakfast much better than hot. Reception staff were fabulous and always there with a smile. Bed really comfortable. Room and bathroom slightly worn and dated but that did not affect our stay at all. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

great hotel. Amazing location. dog friendly at 16/night. small park out front and fenced dog park 3 minute walk. gave us bed for our dog! would definitely stay again. parking $15 for 18 hours in suggested location. quiet in interior facing rooms.

Finding the hotel. Sat nav kept trying to take us through pedestrian areas when the address is used. An email explaining the parking situation and pedestrian areas was unclear so could be updated to explain that the hotel is located within a pedestrian area and so the addresses for the suggested parking locations should be used while driving and hotel directions used once parked. Room was small but comfy

Great location in the heart of the historic district, with really friendly helpful staff.

The shower in our room was a bit complicated as a jacuzzi shower and didn’t really work that well.

Excellent location and easy to access. Hotel let us know where to park.

Room was cramped with one side of the bed against the wall so one of us had to climb over the other to get out of bed
