The Manager was very kindly and help me a Lot. I became the Breakfast After the Time and it was a Lot with good and different Tastes.

This was the best Riad I stayed in during my time in Morocco! The customer service from Nora was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, helpful, intelligent and knowledgable about the area. She made me feel at home and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the riad. The room was very spacious and comfortable so I was extremely happy. The interior of the riad was beautiful. And when I wanted to change the bread heavy Moroccan breakfast to eggs, they were very happy to help. I can't recommend this place enough - a big THANK YOU to Nora and the team!

We had a magical stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nora & Kareem were really nice and helped us with lots of aspects of our trip. They organized our car rental, recommended restaurants and surf schools. If you stay in this hotel, we would really recommend asking them for advice. thanks for a great stay Nora & Kareem!!

I loved everything about this Riad, and have stayed here twice and I will again. The rooms are beautiful and traditional, the location is perfectly located in the medina. There is a lovely terrace and a nice breakfast. The value for money is great. The nicest thing about this Riad is, it's wonderful staff, especially Nora and Amatt (forgive my spelling) who go beyond and above to be helpful. I cannot praise them enough and look forward to visiting again.

Room was ideal for what we wanted, 2 single beds with our own bathroom and shower facilities. All were clean. Riad in a great location, with the central Medina, shops, restaurants and the beach front/ surfing hire shops all within walking distance. Nice breakfast provided: Bread, pancakes, pan au chocolat and dips (honey, marmalade), coffee and orange juice. This was served on the bottom floor where there is a dining/lounge area and atrium cielling, with all of the rooms situated off of this on the floors above. Nora and Karim were particularly helpful, easy to contact before our stay through booking.com to answer our questions. They also printed out our plane boarding passes and safely stored our luggage on our day of departure (check out was at midday but our flight wasn't until the evening). Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

We liked everything! They were so nice and even recommended us nice places to eat and for shopping jewelery. The breakfast was very delicious and the rooms were very spacious, clean and beautiful decorated.

A perfect place to stay in Essouira. Would highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and always there to offer help and advice.

Very large rooms and authentic riad. Shabby chic shall we say but lovely nonetheless. Very attentive staff who helped out with our vegan breakfast requirements. A great budget riad.

A few minor repairs were required in the room (eg broken shower) but we accepted that this wasn't a high-end hotel so it didn't bother us too much.

Room was great. Really comfy bed. Good, hot shower. It's a lovely old riad, right in the medina.

Breakfast doesn't start at 8. I'm afraid it was as if I'd gotten them up. A bit of throat-clearing in the kitchen sink, etc. Not very good, I'm afraid.

Very nice place in the heart of Essaouira in a Strategic location that is only 300 metres from the car park. This cannot be underestimated as no cars are allowed in this fantastic old city surrounded by walls. We booked 2 rooms and both were very comfortable. Staff was excellent and friendly and the manager was superb in making any effort to meet our needs and succeeding in it. She gets 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect and nothing was missing. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. You get everything, typical moroccan foods and traditional continental ones. If you need something else just ask. Our experience was excellent in this riad.
