O quarto é enorme, com uma cama king size, arejado, tv de led, banheiro com aquela ducha bem gostosa pra tomar após a praia, ar-condicionado . As instalações da pousada são bastante aconchegantes, com uma piscina bem bonita no centro da pousada e uma mini piscina com hidromassagem, excelente pra relaxar o corpo. O café da manhã foi bastante gostoso, com opções de frutas, bolos, pães, cafés, leite, iogurtes além da possibilidade de se pedir tapiocas, crepes, omeletes, ovos mexidos, bacon banana da terra com queijo. Atendimento bem solicito e cordial. A área do café não é tão grande, mas consegue atender a pousada que tem 20 quartos. A equipe é bem cordial. Nota 10
Poderiam disponibilizar um cafezinho, agua quente na recepção pra gente tomar quando volta da praia. Nem é reclamação, mas sugestão. Até pq o quarto tem máquina nespresso com cápsulas pagas a parte e chaleira elétrica,

Localização perfeita. Ótima recepção do Assis e checkin muito rápido. Todos muitos prestativos e atenciosos. Bom café da manhã.

La ubicación excelente cerca del centro a una cuadra de la Rúa Bardot. El desayuno abundante variado y muy rico. Soy celíaca y tenía varias opciones. Un especial reconocimiento para Rafael que con muchísima amabilidad nos orientaba a qué playa ir de acuerdo al viento que había, ayudándonos para solicitar un Uber. Y para Francisco muy atento nos ayudó cuando el wifi no anduvo muy bien y querías ver un partido de Boca por la copa Libertadores. Dos empleados que hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera muy buena. También para el personal del desayuno ofreciendo siempre si queríamos servirnos algo más. Realmente la recomiendo.
De la posada francamente todo me pareció muy bueno.

Everything was perfect, the rooms we had, the location, the nice garden with swimming pool. But the staff was really amazing. From the reception to the people who made the breakfast to the ones who cleaned our rooms. You could see that they all really did their best to make our stay very special. It was very clean everywhere in the pousada. We had an amazing time there and we really recommend the place to others.

The auberge is in a great location by the seafront but is also quiet. The gardens are lovely .
Plenty of choice for breakfasts and hot food well cooked to order.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful .
A few things just needed fixing or a lick of paint to smarten them up.

The location of the pousada is amazing! The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Some staff were very friendly, especially front desk and individuals cleaning the rooms.
Some staff is super friendly while others were not very friendly. It was a bit disappointing. The rooms need more options for storing clothes - there is a closet with a limted number ofnhangers but no dresser or place to lay the suitcase on if vlosed remain in the suitcase. The rooms on the main street are extremely noisy because the street is so busy and it would be worth telling clients when they book which rooms face the street so they can choose a different type of room, if desired. There was no sign in the room that coffee and water located in the room cost money and we were surprised at least the coffee in the room was not included. I would recommend providing coffee at no cost to guests even though coffee is provided at breakfast. Breakfast also starts a little late, at 8am. I would like an option to eat a little earlier. Even 30 minutes earlier would be nice.

The hotel is amazing, super clean, with friendly and nice staff. We asked for a breakfast in our room for celebration and was super complete and perfcet! 100% sure we will book again when we come back to Búzios. Also the location was the best one.

The location is very close to the centre and the restaurants but not in the middle of the crowds.
The rooms are great with modern TV and a well equipped bathroom.
The pool area is very nice and well maintained.
For Christmas they surprised us with Panettone and Champagne.
The bed was a little bit too small for a couple.
