Cleanliness could be better during initial check in

The sink outlet drain was too slow, probably clogged and the shower head was leaking.

the bathroom is tiny and the bed was very hard, staff were lovely but wouldn’t recommend unless your on a serious budget

clean rooms. easy access to bus stop and metro. no disturbance. helpful staff.

little pricy but ok for singapore standards. no food or water available on site (though the tap water is potable and stores present nearby)

The staff is very helpful.

The family room we had been allocated was full of cigarette smoke. We could not sleep on the first day at all and my wife who is an asthma patient experienced breathing problems because of cigarette smoke. We left the main door open whole night to get the smoke out which helped a bit. The second day we got the window open to get the smoke out. The second bedroom did not have a window and looked like a prison.

Location is good, close to bus and vivo mall. Staff a very helpful and theyvhave 24hrs front desk which make it more easier.s

The bed felt like sleeping on a wooden plank, and the bathroom is tiny. There was no fridge (not even a communal one)

The staff was accommodating

Room too small. Fridge didn't cool. Taxi had to circle 2x to find the hotel. The front was covered by a very high bush throughout the length of the hotel. It would help to trim that bush down half so renters don't get lost finding it.

Near MRT Station, overall clean and comfortable to stay.
