That it's super close to pralarn pier

Everything, the staff didn't know where the rooms were. Room was dusty Towels were stained There were lizards in the room Location is only good cause it's close to the pier otherwise it's very dead

Beachfront hotel, with good service and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the room was big

the pool was a bit dirty and we didn't see someone to clean it. Our room was far from the pool and the beach, but as we understood, they don't have family rooms by the pool. The room was too big for one airconditioner. One part of the room was always too cold

We have been traveling for 6 weeks and the Pinnacle Resort has been our favorite hotel throughout the journey! I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone who would like to relax at the beach and enjoy a great breakfast buffet (including vegetarian options). The AC is super quite, which was great at night.

If you want to have lunch or dinner, I would recommend to eat outside. The food and drinks are okay, but there are definitely better options around the resort.

I enjoyed every minute in this laid-back atmosphere and quite surroundings this resort has to offer. All the staff working at this resort where ever so kind and helpfull, if help needed i any way, especially Naomi working in the reception, made a huge impression on anyone i talked with, she will be dearly missed.

The receptionist "Naomi" was very helpful and serviceminded.

One of the staff (man) in the restaurant was not nice. He seemed bothered when I asked for a menu or asked for a drink or whatever. All of the other staff was very serviceminded and friendly.
