Hotel is massive, impressive structure. Pools are amazingly designed. Nice views. A bit on the north side of sunny beach, with all the fun happening Central South, but was OK. But all these does not change or ever will, the fact that is a completely horrible place to stay.

Worst experience myself and my family ever had staying at a hotel. Hopefully, people will read this review and understand it's a genuine one before they waste their money on that sh**h0le. First, don't get fooled by the Parking available note on their website. There's a small parking lot only available for their little gang. Everyone else is being sent to park to shady areas with shady people. There's a huge parking mafia on the streets, working close with hotel staff. Managers are a complete joke, they are the type of gangsta wannabe, just giving you the f off attitude if you dare to bother them. Next, the worst part of the stay. The kitchen. I guarantee you've never seen something like that before. Imagine 1k people or more having to eat in a restaurant with about 50 tables or less. No tables available, massive queues for food. 10 minutes waiting to be able to grab some chicken or chips, while all other foods are gone instantly. As soon as a tray of food gets brought, it's instantly emptied. Everyone's angry there, because there's literally chaos, and trying to actually grab anything else beside salads is almost impossible. They will argue and say there's another restaurant, a smaller one that has extra seats. That one has no food either, just salads. We've tried. There wasn't a single happy person inside there during our stay. Massive queues for a coffee, for a Coca-Cola drink or anything. Any response here from their side, trying to argue what I'm saying is a lie and they are a disgrace. I've seen 3 stars 10 times better than them. It's the architecture that give them their reputation. Other than that, it's a place run by a small gang, ready to tell you to f off and a place where you'll starve or get a heart attack trying to eat. Also, had my check out at 12 o'clock, as normal. Went down for a coffee 8 o'clock, came back and realised they blocked my acces, couldn't acces my room anymore.

Az ételek italok kritikán aluliak. Személyzetről és a hotelről sem tudok jot mondani. A parton kívül semmi pozitívumot nem tudok felhozni semmi képpen sem 5 csillag nagyon maximum 3 csillagra lehet értékelni azt is erős jó indulattal.

Personalul a fost destul de Ok.dar cu curetenia a fost ceva exagerat o trebuit sa merg la Recepție sa spun sa vina sa îmi facă curetenie .Am plătit pentru o camera și am primit cu totul altceva

Toilet to near the sink. Beds to low , no balcony which I missed , We were the only English in the property, No organisation at reception. Lifts a nightmare Ask for a low floor got 4 th floor husband had a hip replacement & I had broke my wrist. Other guest very rude No one stuck to the rules. Just ignored them. Guests taking food out all the time. One morning I took sone for my husband as he was in bed poorly , the restaurant manager stopped me. Said it’s the rules I was fuming When all the Bulgarians & other nationalities had been doing it all week. I did it once. Felt a bit penalised for being English Unfortunately I would not go back in this hotel again. People leaving towels on beds all day 8or 9 beds when you could not get one. Disgusting. They went on beach but left towels in bed wants stopping. !! I had to get up at 6 am to get a bed. This is not a holiday to me. Then had to pay for beds & brolly on beach when it’s suppose to belong to hotel. Booking , com should state about what nationality are in these hotels. As like I say I got sick of being pushed & shoved & restaurants ridiculous. Never seen such greedy people. In all my life. Queuing all the time then if went in late nothing left. ! I’ve been going to sunny beach for over 20 years. & never had this before in a hotel there. It’s a no no for me never again. It’s. Shame as it is a lovely hotel. Staff very nice. If they got the manager to sort these situation out I’m sure it would get better reviews.

The things we liked were the location, the size and cleanliness of the room,food in the restaurant was good!!!

The things we didn't like were a lot. How would be possible a hotel with 1200 people capacity to only have 350 sunbeds around the pool and 400 chairs in the restaurant 🤔 We had to queue for 20 up to 40 min so we could get in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Reception staff is working very slow and during the day it's always a hundred of not very happy guests dow in the lobby/ reception. The swimming pool wasn't very clean...we never use ir!!!!!!

The food is no way 5*. Glasses missing all the time, which is very anoying.

The staff looks annoyed, sad not wanting to be there. For a five star hotel I expected to at least have a shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom. They should start hiring people who are able to speak English not when I ask them when the bar opens and to have a stupid hand gesture in return. It’s a luxurious hotel and it doesn’t live up to its standards
