Esta bien situado, con aparcamiento gratis, que alli es de agradecer. Mucha limpieza y el personal atento y agradable.

Nos dieron la habitacion en la segunda planta subir las maletas por las escaleras fue molesto. la habitacion pequeña, 2 camas separadas, el techo inclinado y una ventana que para poder mirar por ella habia que subirse en unos escalones para asomarse sinembargo el cuarto de baño muy limpio y bien..

We booked a ground floor room, we were given a third floor room. The hotel has no lift. We were told it was unfortunate? The room was advertised as having a view, we had to stand on a stool to see out. The breakfast was extremely poor, most people left the set processed cheese and ‘spam’ together with pre wrapped cake and croissant and just had the coffee. The staff were abrupt. We were glad to leave.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good by Spanish standards; there was cereal, juice, coffee, bread, cheese, ham, jam, and a cake. Hotel was very central, in front of a green area and a short walk, 300m, from the old village across the main road. It had a seating area out the front facing the green. Free wifi. Good value for money.

A kettle would have been appreciated.

We have scheduled arrival and the attention of the reception staff very well two days to rest from the long trip. They have not explained with a detailed map of the city of Santillana del Mar of all its monuments, museums, houses, etc. 100 meters from the center. The rooms Very good views of the mountain with green meadows. Spacious with old decoration according to this tourist city. Very complete bathrooms and powerful water shower. The breakfast is typical American breakfast and complete and personalized attention. And the Wifi has coverage throughout the establishment. To say that it is easy to park the car, well indicated on the road the Hotel Los Angels by signs there is no loss.Good attention from Javier and all his team at the Hotel

Old hotel, clunky keys in wood doors assure you will awake with the earliest rising guests. Breakfast sub par, sorry but I don't like bad coffee in the morning. Rooms, old tiny bed, no double beds available although I did request.

The manager on reception was awesome, friendly and provided a good overview of the town. Room was typical for the star rating, shower was really good and the breakfast good, really good value, would stay here again.

we arrived at time and we found out that our booking reservation did not appear to the hotel stuff even though we have it confirmed by booking. We have been travelling for a while and every hotel reservation were made by booking and we have never had this problem. Dispite this they solved us the main problem and gave us another room, but this one was in other building (50 mts separated from hotel) and without the balcony, nevertheless they adjusted the price. the room was not as clean as we would like it. Hot at night because there is not air conditioning and the walls were very thin. We could hear every noise coming from next rooms an from the outside. Continental breakfast just fine.

We were disappointed with our stay and felt it was very poor value for money. Ok, it's a basic hotel, offset by its location in a prime tourist destination. However, we would still expect good levels of cleanliness. At 10pm, before bed, we discovered 2 of our single beds (3rd was an extra one for our son, and was clean) were filthy. The "clean" sheets on two of the beds were covered in different kinds of head hair and pubic hair. Unclear if this is due to them being unwashed or because they were contaminated when cleaning staff add the white sheets to the woolen blankets (which are mostly definitely not clean). The hair (quite a lot) was gross. The toilet brush in the bathroom was also covered in enormous lumps of faeces, which is obviously revolting. The breakfast was ok, but only just. We paid €150/night in this place versus only another €30-70 extra to stay in really (genuinely) fancy, well-run 4* hotels in Asturias. Overall, this place feels like a total ripoff and needs better cleaning procedures, etc.

The hotel is absolutely lovely! The location, a short stroll from the pretty town, was perfect. The staff were amazing - they couldn't do enough for you! The breakfast was ample - continental style and delicious! The bedrooms, although compact, were super clean and very comfortable. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this accommodation.

A kettle in the room would have been very useful. A fan, or air conditioning, would have helped with the warmer temperatures - however, we were generally comfortable.

Really bad metal frame camp beds in room - very uncomfortable Really loud - paper thin walls you could hear people walking on floor above, talking in next room. And light from the other room came into my room from the wall ! Just really bad nights sleep - so loud in this hog and beds were terrible

the location is outstanding with a FREE parking (on demand). The service/reception is super helpful.

The bed was awfulllllllll (super small even if it was a double bed). The room is super small compared to the price you are paying per night. You are pretty much paying for the location (The city is extremely touristic).
