Good location, Cleaners and reception people were lovely along with bar staff. Cheap Cocktails, good food at the pool too. Excellent breakfast although 14 euros per person a tad steep as we ate at 4 other hotels for a tad cheaper and a couple actually had much better food options. They had a DJ poolside some days, some good entertainment on certain nights too.

Rooms quite noisy as you can here all going on next door via the balconies. The area attracts lots of young people but then that is what you get on holiday! Jacuzzi tiny. as are the two lifts. You cant get a sun lounger from 830am as people go put their towels down and pop off for e day but thats not exclusive for hotels overseas! Little ants in room, room service didn't happen 2 of the 9 days, gym small and old equipment, but my main disappointment is on the first day one of our foursome (we booked two rooms) we had phone stolen-poolside. Staff recognized bloke lurking as he is a regular layabout. No CCTV outside only in. The manager was due to contact me (still waiting) and the 2nd in command (a lady) offered to give me a refund for my stay which may take up to 10 days as booked via booking.com and then I would have to pay an inflated rate elsewhere! She handled it awfully. No gesture of a free meal or breakfast etc. In truth my rating would have been a tad higher had it not been for her awful customer service skills. The local police did nothing of course and we wasted 90 mins at the local station whilst they had giggles among themselves. People stealing in area is not unusual so beware to all visiting Playa de Palma as we witnessed two people approaching us on the beach if we witnessed anyone taking there stuff on different days as the thieves were out helping themselves.

The outside pool was too cold, they could heat it a bit A bit noisy at the pool at night

friendly clean value for money. helpful and beautiful hotel. beds and rooms are lovely. staff work very hard to make your stay comfortable.

no tea/coffee in room or after 11.30pm no food when we arrived late. that’s being picky! we got over it and wouldn’t put me off staying again.

close to airport ! nice lobby and design ! Rooms are small …. busy hotel ..
