The location is perfect with great views of the harbour area. The room was comfortable. The bathroom on the small side. I would happily stay again.

The hotel is situated next to a row of restaurants and bars so it is noisy until late. Ear plugs fixes that.

Theoretically the location was great—near the port, perfect for a late-night check in. In practice the location was a total nightmare—two VERY nearby/next door outdoor bars/clubs blasting incredibly loud, bass-heavy music till well past 3 am. The hotel is clean, and basic. Not great (uncomfortable mattress, very few plugs) but fine. The roar from next door, though, made the place quite simply awful. Not the fault of the people in charge, who are good well-meaning people, but what can you do? This was one of the worst of many many nights we’ve ever spent on a Greek island. We hope the owners, and other downtown Naxos hotel owners, can somehow exert pressure on the chamber of commerce or the police and whoever to enforce a midnight sound curfew. Otherwise, they are wrecking their own businesses.

Best place to stay in Naxos in the center of the town. Awesome view to sunset, port and town.

I really like the location with views of the water and the esplanade. The staff are great and the rooms are very clean.

The one shortcoming is that the shower is very small and the curtain feels a bit clammy when you inevitably brush up against it.

Excellent staff!! I cannot say enough good things. We had an issue with getting back our covid tests necessary for our 10 am flight the next morning on a sunday. The front desk called all the clinincs nearby to help us find one that would be willing to open early the next morning for us so that we could get new tests and not miss our flights. Above and beyond customer service. The hotel itself is in an excellent location right on the port with great balcony views overlooking the port. The room itself is very serviceable with a fridge and all the basics you need. Great value for the price!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and booked a room with a lovely view of the harbour. The accommodation was pleasant and cleaned each day. The reception staff were very professional especially when we temporarily lost our key. Upon retrieval of the key we vowed to hand it in each time we went out. Something which has taken us 40 years to get round to doing. The hotel is well located on the harbour walk close to shops, and restaurants!

We stayed at this same hotel last Spring2020 and the biggest problem seems to be a nightclub, close by which stays open all night, and early morning to about 4 am.Hence you have to close all windows in order to get a decent nights sleep. And in the height of summer this can be difficult if you do not have any idea on how to programme the Air-con for night purposes. So food for thought.
