Our favourite hotel in the whole of Thailand. the staff were incredible so welcoming and friendly and super helpful. we decided to upgrade to the spa pool and pool access room on the day of check in and would highly recommend this it was AMAZING! the food at breakfast was perfect and good choice. The swim up pool bar was great the staff were exceptional and we loved the happy hour of 2 for 1 cocktails. great location close to everything in Krabi it was perfect. Thank you!

it’s ambience and location

The hotel was well located and the rooms were ncie and big.

Unfortunately (and probably we were just unlucky and might not reflect the reality of the hotel) they gave us a room where the air-conditioning was not working properly. They changed our room at 1am in the night... We suspect they already knew about it and they just gave us that room anyway. In addition, the shower was not draining properly, and after a minute in the shower the flooding was already over your feet.

After initial confusion with room booked, the stay was very good. Breakfast, pool facilities were very nice. I would recommend that the staff orientate guests a little bit better about things like the Night Market, how to go island hopping - especially for those are not in group tours. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager in the restaurant kept everyone on their toes. Other guests also enjoyed their stay from what we could see. The bag with towels for the beach came in very handy. It is in a good location.

Someone made allot of noise on the floor above us - they jumped up and down. The room only had two pillows for 3 people.

excellent and relaxed hotel. comfortable rooms, great service. located in the center of Ao Nang. very helpful with booking of trips and transport. We have been here for 3 times now and always had an excellent experience.

The hotel is located at 10 min walk from the main streets, next to Ao Nang Beach, comfortable, clean.

We ordered an early breakfast and check out because we had a trip planned and the staff was no where to be seen in spite of the requested service. The breakfast is rather regular.

Room was comfortable with great views. pool area was great with comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods.

Everything was fine, except housekeeping doesn’t clean the bathroom area well and I’ve mentioned this to the front desk, but still hasn’t been corrected.

Nice and relaxed place in middle of Ao Nang, we had a very nice stay there and good time. We booked the hotel once more after our stay in Reilay Beach. Also a big plus was that we got upgraded all the rooms we ordered :)

joy the receptionist was awesome and helpful. the hotel staff in general were so nice .pool access rooms are great especially the emerald pool access rooms which are mostly private because it’s a different part of the hotel and not in front of the dining area.

Great location, a short walk to the main street with all the restaurant and shops, etc. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

Air condition is extremely loud, so at night it is hard to sleep, but after we got used to it. Sound isolation is not perfect, you can hear your neighbour. We took the room with the private pool which was nice, becaus we saw that at the big pool of the hotel there was a competiiton in the morning already to take a sunbed. So at the private pool we did not have that problem, although the water was quite cold. At breakfast the employee at the door usually asked as at least twice what is our room number, in a harsh way, which was annoying.

the bathroom was leaking, many mosquitoes in the room, they couldn’t find our booking, way too many people in the resort, no place to sit during the breakfast, way too crowded

There was something for everyone

This was my second stay here. On my request in the same room I stayed in last time. I was there three years ago right before covid and the staff still remembered me and made me feel very welcome :) My room was spacious with direct pool access from my balcony and jacuzzi bench in the pool. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a good shower. The minibar is empty nowadays but there is a 7-Eleven only two minutes from the hotel to stock the fridge up. Breakfast is decent with fresh fruits, croissants, bread, toast, yoghurt, various Thai dishes, juices (not fresh but delicious still), coffee, tea and milk. Miss Nanny is there every morning to take your order and she makes sure that you lack nothing. During happy hour at the pool bar Nanny oversees everything and even made us a White Russian even though that was not on the cocktail menu. Also a big thanks to Katie, she oversees front office and housekeeping and she made us feel so very much at home. She's the best! The pool is clean, and has a good watertemperature and I can really recommend a room with direct pool access. I will most definitely come again and enjoy the great hospitality of Krabi La Plays

Nothing basically. You get a nice comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. The fitness room is small. Some cardio equipment and some light weights, don't expect much of that. However, about 2 mins from the hotel there is a massive gym called Heroic Fitness Club. I can highly recommend it.

the hotel is as an oasis from the vibrant seafront strip nearby. A very well appointed hotel with a superb pool area.

There wasn’t really anything, the air conditioning didn’t work in our room but we were quickly moved.

good location, large clean rooms, good choice for breakfast and plenty of it. The staff are very friendly and polite and will go out of their way to help you. The pool area is large and clean with plenty of beds. Overall a really nice hotel.
