Останавливались в отеле уже во второй раз. Впервые были в 2020 году - мы остались в восторге. В марте 2024 года остановились в отеле вновь. Отель нам нравится своим расположением и своей аутентичностью. Он небольшой, с маленькой территорией, но очень красивый, уютный. Очень нравятся большие балконы, на которых можно провести время семьей за чашечкой кофе. Нравится чистый бассейн с теплой водой. Хорошую оценку отелю ставим за персонал, за отношение девушки и юноши на ресепшен. Они молодцы. Всегда готовы прийти на помощь.

Уборка номеров могла быть лучше. Даже при заселении на полу был песок, а в ванной много чужих волос(((. Это всё устранили после обращения, но отель мог быть внимательнее при сдаче номера гостю. Приехали в 12.00, но заселение было четко по времени 14.00, думаю этого времени было достаточно чтобы подготовить наш номер. Расстроили завтраки, которые никак не дотягивают до 4 звезд. Выбор блюд небольшой, однообразный, да и вкус блюд оставляет желать лучшего. До данного отеля останавливались в отеле 3 звезды и были шокированы ассортиментом блюд, овощей и фруктов, вкусом блюд. Если их сравнить, то заметно что отель экономит. Администрация отеля должна обратить внимание к уровню обслуживания гостей, чтобы соответствовать отелю 4 звезды или перейти в класс 3 звезды.

Was OK, basic breakfast. Plates were chipped

No tea bags provided in room was told to buy my own. That the pictures shown of teabags in the room on booking.com were old.They no longer provide them. Room was old not like the photos I was shown , toilet roll holder was broken and toilet paper was left on vanity. Shower curtain was missing hooks , Air con did not work , wifi was slow, refused to move our room. Bed was hard. And when advised the manager told me that I was the issue and would give a refund 🙄

The size of the room was big. The breakfast is ok, but not great. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is nice.

The place needs some serious updating. All bathroom artifacts look outdated, and so do the room furniture and the refrigerator. The TV is small for the size of the room. There is no phone in the room and you are instructed to use your cell phone to call the front desk using an app; so there is the problem, you need to download an app on your phone which I am reluctant to do for short-term purposes. The facility did not look very clean, but was not terrible either, somewhere in the middle. There is no air conditional at the front desk/reception area neither at the breakfast room.

Atendimento nota 10 de todos os funcionários. Ótima localização, bar dentro da piscina. Após o check in, pude tomar banho antes de ir para o aeroporto, achei incrível essa cortesia do hotel.

Great location and everything you need in close proximity. Bike hire,day trips,washing service and cash exchange and a two minute walk to the beach there’s great food and drinks market on the left.

Loved the massive bath and it filled in no time.

Basen: idealny :) bardzo ladnie zaprojektowany osrodek z wieloma tajskimi motywami w dekoracjach. Obsluga bardzo mila i pomocna. Widok z okna ma basen i gory bardzo relaksujacy, przyjemnie jest siedziec wieczorem na balkonie. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu. Czysto i schludnie. Lokalizacja lekko na uboczu ale mimo wszystko dosc blisko na plaze i do centrum. Byl to nasz drugi pobyt w tym resorcie. Polecam

Nagyon szép és tiszta a medence, reggeli bőséges volt. Közel volt a piac.

A partra 10 perc lesétálni. De nem igazán szép ott a part. Vagyis a víz túl zavaros. Közös paplant adnak . Nem lehet 14 óra előtt bejelentkezni ,vártunk 1 órát a szobára.

Rum med havsutsikt var det inte. Ett stort träd skymde utsikten. Knappt man såg något vatten från balkongen. Sängen var liten och kuddarna stora och hårda. Ett täcke. Luftkonditioneringen var gammal och svår att ställa in. Dörren till balkongen gick inte att stänga ordentligt. Om det skall vara ett 4 stjärnigt hotell så finns mycket att önska. Frukosten var fattig.

Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie, net buiten de drukte van de boulevard in Ao Nang. 7-eleven 30 mtr verder. Strand 5 minuten lopen. De kamer is ruim en badkamer is prima. Bedden zijn zelfs voor Thaise begrippen beetje hard. Het zwembad is mooi en ligt lekker in de zon. Laundry service werkte prima.

Er is eigenlijk maar één medewerkster aan de receptie die goed Engels spreekt en vriendelijk is. Zij is er niet altijd en voor de anderen geldt dat niet. Ook andere medewerkers in hotel zijn niet echt vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is slecht, m.n. voor westerse gasten. Bovendien onappetijtelijk uitgestald aan buffet.

Double bed small with poor quality pillows. Due to greenery around the place is infested with mosquitos. It got so bad we asked the cleaners not to clean the rooms as they leave the doors open when they clean.

Cet hôtel est vraiment bien placé par rapport à la plage de Ao Nang, et en dehors de l'effervescence du front de mer. La piscine est top, les chambres confortables. Nous avons eu la chance, pour notre voyage de noces, d'avoir la chambre équipée d'une baignoire sur le balcon, avec une belle vue, très agréable ! Il y a eu un couac au moment où nous voulions prolonger notre séjour, mais les employés ont trouvé la solution pour que nous puissions rester dans notre suite.

C'est un détail, mais il serait bien de changer les musiques du bar de la piscine, qui passent en boucle !

Preisleistungsverhältniss absolut nicht gerechtfertigt alles was mehr wie 1250 bth ist ist zuviel! Das FRÜHSTÜCK bei 80 % europäer ist eine unzumutbare frechheit das personal unter qualifiziert halt thailäänd aber extrem unbeholfen. Das hotel hätte lieber den namen mosquito city verdient meine tochter ist zerstochen und wir haben alles doppelt gekauft vom insekten spray etc. Der clean service besteht aus max 5 leuten für das ganze hotel was bedeutet säuberung von morgens 9 uhr bis 18 uhr möglich. Für ein extra kissen verlangen sie geld für die bettdecke auch. Der pool idt über gekhlort . Die garten pflege naja mir ist als ich pool war ein 12 meter baum in der mitte durch gekracht naja glück gehabt mich könnte noch 1000 worte schreiben aber ist es nicht wert Einige gäste haben ihr zimmer in einer woche 4 x wechseln müssen wegen dis organisation. Ich setzte noch ein paar bilder rein Mir wäre es am liebsten wen mir keiner glaubt und selber diese advanger holiday erfahrung machen würde 🤣🤣🤣 Wie gesagt bin war werde noch in vielen hotels loggieren aber das hier muss man sich nicht geben gruss an alle thai freunde Schade das man nur ein ein bild posten

Impossible de dormir dans cet hôtel la literie est vraiment vétuste on a l’impression de dormir sur un matelas à eau et aucune isolation aux fenêtres plus de deux centimètres d’espace autour des fenêtres dormir dehors c’est pareil. Le plus mauvais hôtel en 10 ans de Thaïlande

L’hôtel est dans son jus. Nous avons eu deux chambres différentes, la première pas hyper propre mais bon l’hôtel n’est pas tout récent Les draps étaient taché et troué (dans la deuxième chambre les draps était ok) Ça ne sentait pas très bon dans la chambre Sur la terrasse les chaises ne sont pas hyper Confortable Nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel était plutôt bien situé Calme le soir Il y a un seven eleven juste à côté Le personnel est très aimable et agréable Il y a une personne à l’entrée qui nous a réservé notre transport pour notre prochaine destination (kho yao noi) La chambre est grande La climatisation fonctionnait bien Globalement c’était ok

Pas d'ascenseur, équipements vétustes, salle de bain d'une autre époque, sans douche avec une baignoire douteuse, pas de place pour la trousse de toilette.... Les serviettes de la piscine très usée et ridiculement petites Petit déjeuner très succinct et non réapprovisionné en fruits par ex Pourquoi le lit prévu, pour la troisième personne éventuelle, n'est il pas au moins recouvert d'un couvre lit ?

Das erste Zimmer war dunkel mit vielen Moskitos. Die Terrasse neben Wellmetal Zäunen, dahinter ein Parkplatz. Vorne eine belebte Straße. Zimmer nach langem Bitten gewechselt, dort war dann die Toilette defekt. Nach zwei Tagen repariert, aber immer noch undicht.
