Very lovely, helpful, attentive and caring staff. I loved that you can communicate with the staff here via watsapp messages. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and bathtub. Enjoyed bath with candles and bath bubbles.

Poor breakfast.

The hotel, rooms and views were incredible. We cannot recommend a 2-bedroom villa enough. Staff were also exceptional, and could not do enough for us.

If I am being a bit fussy, the gym was a little under equipped.

Fabulous location & beautifully situated rooms looking out over a "forest" & rice paddies... One of the finest rooms we have ever stayed in. Bigger than most 2 bed apartments with a wonderful balcony looking out over nature. All fittings yelled quality and you felt that the standards of the overall hotel reflected a premium product. (by the way don't be fooled by the entrance or arrival area - the quality is evident once you cross the threshold!). Food was excellent throughout (please don't charge extra for sparkling water at breakfast). Pool area beautiful & well situated...

The staff is super friendly, makes it feels like family. The location is great, almost everything is walking distance.

The traffic getting in and out of there was tiring, not the hotel issue, but keep in mind if having a vehicle dropping you.

Breakfast was fantastic, could order as many hot dishes as you like as well as the buffet. Resort is built on the side of a deep tropical rainforest valley with the peaceful sounds of birds and the flowing river below. Also outside the resort on JL Bisma there are numerous amazing restaurants, cafes, spas and shops to satisfy all your needs. As for the staff, the service is exceptional and you are truly treated like royalty.

That we had to leave. Oh the pool was quite cold, which is understandable due to being in the shade most of the day from the large tree's

Outstanding service. Great room. We had the pool villa.

Jl Bisma has only 2 roads to Jl Monkey Forest so its a 10-15 minute walk to the majority of restaurants and shops.

Friendly staff

Everything! from arrival we were treated so well. The setting is beautiful, and we were cared for, as well as being left to our own. The staff were superb and the little touches because it was my partner’s birthday made me emotional. We didn’t want to leave.

Nothing! it was all heaven

Location was amazing, grounds picturesque, loved the infinity pool and the spacious family suite. We had dinner at the restaurant a couple of nights and loved it as did our 10 year old son.

A greater variety of options was required on the breakfast menu.

The hotel is a small paradise in Ubud. Very tranquil and luxurious. Can highly recommend for having some relaxed, quite time.
