signage directing us to our accommodation wasn't always clear.

Location and extra activity options were great

Not very well equipped for self contained kitchen. I had to go a buy tongs and a spatula. A decent size frying pan would have been good to, maybe a microwave.

Very nice park and surroundings. Lots of activities and clean. Nice to have a private room and terrace. Centrally located for access to Assen. Very nice area to walk and cycle. The staff tried to resolve our problem. (See below). We were offered lunch as compensation for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately on both mornings we did not have hot water or central heating. We had to use the communal ablution block. This made our stay uncomfortable.

Small shower cabin It says hotelservice, but must clean it yourself. Room is a bit too small for the bed. The room should be a little bigger.

Everything was great and staff was also nice. Just be careful with the breakfast orders though. Best to buy from local supermarket their.

Location, quite central to most points of interest. Enough privacy. Cozy cottage, really complete and with plenty of storage space for such a little place.

Check in is really fast, it would have been nice to hear a little about the place instead of being solely directed to documents. Cleaning was good, but could have been better. Nothing major at all.
