Very friendly staff all round. From housekeeping to management they were all very happy to have us there and they made it obvious. They redefined the meaning of Greek hospitality and raised it to a new much higher level. Position was excellent, room was of good size, clean and came with a good bathroom size. The view from our balcony was spectacular!!

Amazing location. It was my daughters 25th birthday the day we arrived and we had been upgraded to harbour view room and birthday decorations and a bottle of wine. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay.

Bad wi_fi. They should work" a bit with the breakfast; had same things for 8 days, how much stayed there.

Breakfast was poor

the rooms are old and need a renovaition no Fly net on the balcony door due to this we had a lot of mosquitoes in the room during the night. The carpet in the room was quite dirty and should changed.

Front desk staff were outstanding and could not have been more helpful. Location was great

it’s dated, the rooms are very tired. The ingredients for breakfast were poor quality.

Great location on the harbour. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean.

Room was old and basic. Only one electrical socket. Clean but cheap bed linen. Only 5 TV channels to flick through and a couple of those were blank screens. There was a kettle and cups, but no tea/coffee/milk. Good basic room for a night but not good value for just under £100. Or for a long stay.

Balcony in room 229 extremely tiny tucked in a corner with both sides overlooked by either side rooms resulting in no privacy.

Excellent location and view. Breakfast was good. Receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned by midday and let us use the pool whilst we were waiting. Our boat got into Kos at 06.30 so we were really grateful for this help.

Location on the harbour is great as was the view from our room deck! Nice breakfast included. Very nice large pool and hot tub area. Front desk staff pleasant and very helpful always.

Only suggestion is a new coat of paint on the exterior would do more justice to the interior and lovely pool area.

Great location and we had a balcony that allowed us to watch the boat action in the port! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was much bigger than expected which was nice and the bed was comfy. Pool area looked lovely.

The hot tub/spa was out of order and we would have liked to use it. Perhaps having one side of the outdoor area for smoking and one side non-smoking may be good so you are not surrounded by smokers while eating breakfast outside.
