Nice location, close to the beach, rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was very good and restaurant area was nice.

Shower needs to have a higher attachment so you can actually stand underneath rather than hold it in your hand to wash

Location was very suitable. Very close to the beach, I would preer this location instead of living in the centre, since it's very close to the centre.

Very loud parties, kids coldn't sleep, every day there was a group of young who drank in the porch. It's not suitable hotel for the families at all.

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach and many other restaurants, shops etc. The hotel was quite aesthetically pleasing!! Many facilities were available which made the stay quite easier!!

Rooms were very clean, spacious & comfortable. Lovely large balcony or patio. The staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Nice bar & pool area complete with towels though hotel is only a stones throw away from Lambi beach & a good 10 minute walk into town.

Can be noisy late at night for a while with a few teenage Dutch & German party goers but doesn’t last long.

Pool, breakfast and cleanliness of apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. The cleaning staff are exceptional. The rooms were always immaculate.

The cleaner went to clean up the room with only few bottles of cleaning products, so I could understand why it was so dirty everywhere. The stuff is unpleasant, there was a teenage guy as a receptionist, who was always out of his place and I had to look for him everywhere. there was a woman (a manager) who could turn back to you and start making coffee while I was talking to her. quite weird. this was a big mistake to stay there.

Since we love mylos beach, we chose this location because of easy transportation. the location of the hotel is great

There is a taxi problem on the island, make sure to book a taxi in advance to catch the ferry.

I liked the very nice photos on the booking.com website, they were so beautiful and how nicely they were photoshopped' it is a sad fact today that you cannot believe your own eyes or the BS on booking.com website. in the photos for this location it didnt show the cockroaches walking in the apartment, the paint pealing off the walks the damaged furniture or the very old and out of date appliances. It didnt show the broken toilet seat or the sheer poor condition of this room.

Booking.com website being reflective of the real situation and not some fair tale picture show. I received confirmation from booking.com that the room could sleep 4 adults and 3 children 'hahahahahahahahaha - this just proves that booking.com does not vet the properties very well if at all. I also had a free taxi ride to the property which I booked, it costs 40 euros to the accommodation from airport on KOS, how do I know .... well our flight was late and when arriving no taxi..... so we had to take our own and pay for it. The booking website asks you to select the airport of the departure city to select the flight and therefore the taxi driver can monitor the flight......great ..... not really as you cannot select on the booking.com system HAMBURG therefore unable to tell the driver what flight we came in on therefore he probably waited 1 hour then left ... out flight was 1 hour 45 mins delayed. Thanks for nothing booking.com .... how about you maintain your website better?
