Close to center, the receptionist was great and very helpful, a lot of assistance.

All great, just access to swimming pool could be without licked door - lost my key outside and had to wait.

The location is wonderful, just a short walk from the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view was fantastic. The breakfast was also very good.

Having a terrace / balcony with great views of mountains around Mittenwald. Quiet at night, albeit still central in the town. Comfortable room, size good for a single room. Food at restaurant nice, with good dinner inclusive deal. Staff helpful.

Hotel restaurant perhaps not the most lively, you might want somewhere with more atmosphere. Not the biggest breakfast selection, but adequate.

Location was good, near the center, Rewe supermarket, 5 minutes from railway station. 15 minutes to waterfall. Single room had mountaing view. Brerakfast was really good with many different dishes. There is a safe and small fridge in the room. It was clean and comfort. Some people set on the armchairs near the hotel with glasses of wine and looked on the evening mountaing. Pictures of nature and mountains were great!

Good breakfast, comfy bed, room well set up. Location is amazing--just a few meters from the pedestrian zone and downtown area, also a supermarket right across the street is very convenient. Large city parking lot facing the hotel, but the city lot is only free in the evening/night. The hotel does have a few of it's own parking spaces, but they are limited. Staff were friendly and helpful.

As other reviewers mentioned, the wifi was difficult at best. Ended up sitting in the lobby for wifi, and even then it still cut out often...but since I read the reviews I knew this going in and adjusted my expectations accordingly. Just mentioning it here to confirm the situation....overall I had a great stay at this hotel. The only negative was that my window opened on to a back alley where people take smoke breaks...and one wouldn't want to close the window in summer here.

Mittenwald is a beautiful town and Alpenhotel Reiner is really central to it all . The hotel owner ,reception staff and chef were incredibly helpful and half board was great value .We are vegetarians and they made sure we had a vegetarian option , even making pasta for the children .Breakfast was great too .The pool was large for a hotel pool and open long hours . Bedrooms were really comfortable and roomy , with everything you needed . We had a wonderful stay - thank you Daniel and team for your kindness and hospitality .

One small issue was not being able to have tap water with our meal .

Very helpful staff. Pool was good. Room had just about everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner both were great. Value for money is unbelievably good.
