The AC and the staff were the best thing about the hotel. Rodri and Diana(especially Rodri) we’re the best staff and made me feel very at ease for a first time solo traveller.

The view from my room was not the best and the lack of security in the reception as anyone can access the hotel.

The hotel is located near from "el rodadero" beach, it has a lot of restaurants around. Besides, the hotel personnel are very committed with you, and the breakfast had different options.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Santa Marta's busiest area. All of the staff were very accommodating and great to deal with.

Pool was under maintenance and we were told we could use another place's pool but every day we asked for we got a different excuse. It's almost impossible to sleep in rooms facing the street due to the noise. This is all-night long during weekend nights.

I used to like this place 20 years ago being there 4x

Breakfast was awful the eggs were nasty mix with corn not real eggs but eggbeaters, instead in being buffet style they had a server only serve the minimum.the bedroom was clean but the bed hard like a rock no longer have a fridge full of goodies I'm never coming back here like I said this hotel used to be one of the best in El rodadero only good memories from the past.

I like the location but the staff had a bad service they don’t accept credit card.

also we didn’t have light in the bathroom and they didn’t offer us to change the room they just left it that way and it was very uncomfortable.

looks pretty run down. not just from the pool construction but from a rooms and building perspective.

Infrastructure of the hotel needs to improve. The hotel is under construction so it may be better when you finish the remodelación. Fridges are disgusting.

The hotel facility was awesome as well as the staff.

breakfast was awful!! There was not enough food food for guests. We were begging to bring fruits, coffee and chocolate to the food stand. My brother set a special Christmas dinner for our family (11 members)with the restaurant manager. We were told to arrive at 9:00 p.m. but after waiting for one hour and a half (10:35) and complaining we got the most horrendous surprise. They served us leftovers probably from previous customers. My son got a salad with a chunk of banana. It was disgusting. Although we got our money back, we didn’t receive any apologies. This restaurant manager should be fired ASAP.

WE CANT ENJOY BECAUSE THE HOTEL SOLD JUST LIES!

they said they have parking but when we are there they dont have a parking, a poor customer service, the hotel needs to improve about this topic.

Cold water in the shower , very noisy area ( not the hotels fault, but no sound proof rooms as advertised), hotel is in deplorable state, kabinets are almost fall apart in bathroom and window didn't close properly letting even more sound in

Good location. Clean and comfortable.

Had no towels in my room. It took them an hour to bring me some after check in. Young guy on reception gave the impression he'd rather be somewhere else. Parking is uncovered.
