Alldeles för höga sängar för någon som är 156cm kort & har handikapp. Sittplatser är ett ständigt problem då jag är väldigt bred pga sjukdom. Jag får inte plats i eller kommer ner i stol. Duschen va farligt hal!!! Interiören behöver ses över. Mycket blir slutet på ett hotell å det är nog dags att fixa upp det.

Low cost, good food and beds.

Door locked when arriving late. Neither did the lady inside hear the door bell or pick up at the phone number posted on the main door. Finally, another guest went out, opening the door so I could sneak in and call at the lady...who didn't show with a single fibre that she cared at all, simply telling me I didn't use the door bell or the phone number, then going on to demand my ID. Heating is pretty "random" in the rooms, but generally very warm. Thus, it's important to book a room with window towards the outside, as the windows towards the atrium can't be opened. (You won't survive a night in the rooms without a window -- I've been sleeping with my window open when -10 outside. Impossible to turn heating down.)

Breakfast is very nice. I like very much the location. The hotel is easily accessible from the Stockholm Central with trains 40 or 41. We used these trains every day. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but we have used a nice sushi bar in the vicinity.

We booked a family room, but got instead 2+2. It is not bad after all, but my name was not in the system when we arrived. We had to wait for a solution. The receptionist was helpful, but I wonder how such glitch could have happened. Rooms are not being cleaned every day, but it is fine for me, sometimes it is excessive. The rooms are very small, no place even to properly put luggage, only enough place for rucksacks. Fortunately we did not have much luggage, so again it was a good way to save money.

The food in the restaurant was quite tasty. Friendly personnel.

According to me, the rooms are quite dirty. The baby bed is also not clean and almost broken.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

There were not any problem.

I stayed just for one night due to my flight so it was okay with shared bathroom - it was clean, the corridor outside the room was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay and not far away from the Central Stockholm by train. Very nice breakfast - great selection. I'll book it again, when I am in Stockholm.

Just the noisy corridor, I could hear people talking during the night, weak Internet connection in the room.

The location and price seemed OK on paper.

The receptionist at check-in was very arrogant when I complained that the room I ordered didn’t have a twin bed as specified in the booking. He didn’t give an apology and showed no interest when I tried to show him that twin bed was included in my booking. He was just interested in arguing back and forth until finally offering a room with two single beds instead.

Not even a bottle of water in the room. Room was suffocating. Shower is too small to move your arms. Not worth the money

Rooms were neat and clean. Receptionist gave early check-in smoothly. Good breakfast as well

The room was comfortable and clean. It had all the neccesary facilities. The breakfast had several choices. Good value for money. The location is perfect when you are attending an event in Friends Arena, since it is only a 20 minute walk away.

The level of customer service was unfortunately inconsistent. We arrived to check in at around 3pm in the afternoon, since we arrived a couple of minutes before the check-in time we were asked to wait 10 minutes, as the rooms were not ready. We ended up waiting for an hour to get in to our rooms and the hotel manager was very apologetic, provided us with water, explained the situation and claimed that there would be a compensation because of the long wait. This was all very nice and appreciated on our end. Next morning during check-out we had a different member of staff claiming that there is no information about the compensation, then said that the compensation will be in the amount of the cost of breakfast (while the previous day the manager had claimed a certain sum of compensation) and when I claimed that last night the information we were provided was different, started questioning our claims etc. Eventually he got a hold of the manager and apologized for doubting us. All in all I understand that due to many people checking in and out it would take time to clean and make up the rooms, but it doesn't take an hour to make up a bed and if you know that you have people in the lobby waiting (there were other customers as well in the same situation) you would do your best, to speed up the process and communicate what you have promised to the customers to your colleagues to avoid uncomfortable situations for both parties.

Generally, very fine, however, more vegetables would be recommended. All kinds of transport available. A fuel tank nearby was also great.

The room should be cleaned every day. A wardrobe was missing.

Nice staff, good breakfast, very good value vs. price. Walking distance from the office.

Was first assigned a room that hasn't been cleaned & made ready. Was then given another room which was ok, but had a strong smell (like when boiling cabbage) in the bathroom. There wasn't any dinner options in the hotel. (Pre COVID, there used to be.)
