The entrance to the property was clean sofas, and a sink.

As this hotel is not staffed we couldn’t get into the hotel until 4pm so had to wait outside with all of our baggage after travelling all day. (Wasn’t ideal) When it got to 4pm the access code was not sent to us so we couldn’t enter our room. We called customer service and they managed to give us a new code, this however took an additional 15 minutes. Once we entered the room we were greeted with rubbish on the sides, dirty plates across the kitchen and the bin weren’t changed and neither was the bed. The room hadn’t been cleaned! Again another callback to customer service. They gave us a new room. When entering the new room there was still rubbish under the sofas in the drawers and in the bins. But we just were so tired and wanted to rest that we just cleaned it. Throughout our stay for the three days we learnt that there was no tea towel to dry any dishes with! The tv romote was hidden under the sofa cushions. The shower wasn’t working properly. The kitchen cupboard handle was off and the thermostats didn’t work and also was off on the floor. The windows wouldn’t open and didn’t have a key to unlock them. There was no information guided on anything in the room but the sofa bed (that we didn’t have) so using a microwave open was harder than expected. We got locked out past midnight on the second night of our stay, the code to our room had decided to stop working. Thankfully a group of guys let us in with there code. The closest shop was a 30 minute walk and they failed to let us know the one stated on here had closed down. The ceiling of the top floor is also about 1 meter 20 getting into the bed wasn’t the most fun as the cellling isn’t tall enough to stand.

It was clean, it was fully equipped even though it was small. The bed was one of those that can be tucked in like a closet on the wall. Nice bathroom and location.

The only negative with Forenom is the huge amount of mails that I got from them about the same thing and information over and over again.

it’s dirty! the AC unit has not been cleaned out or replaced or had a service to it in years! at the lowest setting it chugs out hot 🥵 air, the vents are dirty and brown!!! my partner and I ended up having terrible congestion in the morning and dry eyes 👀 from the heat at night and had flu 🤒 on the third day, there is no microwave it’s small! I picked the large loft option expecting a large loft, my college dorm room was bigger than this! The only appliance you get is a kettle and for heating the food use the oven. there is no changing area so you have to use the sitting room/kitchen area/dining room all in one room to store your bags and use the one desk as a storage unit/counter top for your makeup etc - this would be perfect for 6 year olds not adults looking to wind down

Staff was pleasant, location was OK.

No flatware to eat the salad I brought with me. Murphy bed is awkward. Bedding seemed old or dirty as I had white fuzz all over my pajamas next morning. Room smelled like smoke for entire stay. Ceiling tiles were broken and open.

Room was extremely small. Stayed for two nights and the TV never got connected. Complained about it right at the start of my stay but no help. Not going to stay there in the future.

The closet in the apartment was impossible to use you could not open he doors because of the bed. If it had been functional I would have given highest rates, but this is unnecessary and very irritating.

Very cozy, very quiet, very clean. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and the hotel was very well connected to the transportation system. There is a supermarket nearby if you need to buy something and the common spaces are very beautifully decorated.

It could be a little more central but the price is lower so it was a very convenient option in general.

when I booked it, I mentioned that it will be three people. and they had only two towels, there is no bedding sheets, and it was really uncomfortable because after long flight all we wanted is hot shower and have a sleep. and couldn’t have it, and I even didn’t ask anything extra, when I texted property about this issues, nobody responded

It's scientic for the area

I don't care for the beds at all. I did not like the type of mattress, one gets up super-abused the back. Also the towels that are not changed and the room is not cleaned either, at least 1 time in a 1-week stay.
