Excellent location. Quiet , nice big rooms , fridge and microwave a real bonus . Decor was not over the top which was nice .

Could probably do with some net curtains so I could open the curtains and let natural light in . The people from the adjacent building could see straight in .

I like location, thats why i stay here many times Staff is very profesional

We were given coupons for free drinks if we did not ask for our linens to be changed every day. We also care about the environment, and it felt good to be rewarded for making the responsible choice.

Our room had not yet been renovated. It was dated. The hot water heater would turn itself off after a few minutes of showering - requiring one of us to switch it back on.

Weird smell in bathroom

- 7-Eleven & Starbucks right next to the hotel. - 15-20 minutes away from Central World and Emquartier shopping centres. - Staff were friendly. - Room size is decent but everything felt very old and worn out.

- There were multiple rats running around on the main road and near the entrance. The last 2 nights I saw rats on our balcony! If you have nearby rats you should have rat boxes and pest control to avoid this issue. Absolutely unacceptable and never saw a rat before in any hotel I've stayed in the past so this was a massive shock and will never return to this hotel! - Bathroom was old and not clean enough for our standards. Shower temperature was bad. - Bed sheets had stains, lamp shades had stains, kitchen area looked very worn out and also had stains, fridge was not clean enough for us either. - We booked an airport shuttle with reception for 5.45am as we had to be at the airport by 6.55am for our international flight and the receptionist said they don't prebook metered taxis because the driver they will book for us will be waiting for us from 5am so even though it was more expensive than what we paid coming to the hotel we agreed but then upon departure there was no taxi. Reception said the taxi driver simply didn't show up. Luckily they fixed their mistake and concierge found a metered taxi on the street to take us which ended up being cheaper than what they quoted us anyway but if the concierge was unable to find a taxi that early we could have missed our flight so this could have ended very badly for us. This incident wasn't really the hotels fault but something to be aware of, perhaps give yourself plenty of time if booking a taxi with the hotel just incase they don't show coz sometimes it's very hard to find metered taxis that will stop for you depending on the time and how busy it is. - Pool was extremely small, more like a backyard pool then a hotel pool. - Overall it felt more like a motel than a hotel!

What I liked: 1. Spacious rooms 2. Rooms have microwave - you can reheat leftover food, or cook microwaveable food purchased from 7 11 stores 3. Friendly reception - English speaking. I got an early check in at 10am 4. Good wifi connection. One can watch HD netflix :-) 5. Awesome location - walking from MRT station (phetchaburi), and Airport Link Station (Makkasan). Also many bus stops just outside the hotel.

Some things to improve: a. I did not get hot water in shower room. Only normal and cold water. Not a huge problem in Thailand weather though. b. Some power sockets work better for charging than others. not sure why. might be old construction. Other point to note: The building is old (old construction). But to me, that adds to the charm. As long as rooms are clean and well maintained, I am good to stay.

Location was good but hard for taxis to find due to being down a small soi.

Very dated 4 star rating is pushing it, high 2 star or 3, tv old not smart, towels very old and used, they only give towels, no face cloths, or hand towels the shower mats looks like they should be thrown away... 4 star not a chance only 1 key given for room? A real key, however if I asked for another thay claim not to have one? 4 star? Nope had to ask daily for an extra roll of toilet paper? Cleaning of room was poor, patio chairs are painted and if you sit in them the paint peels and sticks to you your clothes feet end up all over the room in your bed? Again I have stayed in cheaper higher end places. You need to update your hotel or booking.com should really re-evaluate the star rating.

The wardrobe is a little shabby in room 209 The shower rail was broken at the bottom which made it difficult to switch from one shower head to the other. The view was a rear parking area. One night, what sounded like a large rodent scurried between the ceiling ( room 209) and the floor above which gave cause for concern regarding its access to the room. Didn't use the gym or pool so can't comment. Didn't eat there as we are vegetarian.

Our room had been refurbished it was a nice room but a little small. Our fault, should of booked a larger room.

It was just ok. The gym was new, with good equipment. It was on the better side. The prices were reasonable. I wouldn't stay again. I was in the older section. There wasn't a great feel to it. The bathroom was renovated, but the bed area felt sterile. There is great cafe downstairs with dogs you can play with.

There is no pool. The luxury kiddy pool next to the carpark, that looks like a large pool in the images is a fraction of the size in real life. I got the runs the entire time. The water smelt. I just could not remember to keep my mouth closed when showering. One of the Concierges wasn't very friendly, almost resentful, despite my being friendly.

Excellent location for the airport. Comfy beds, good food, lovely people.
