Tutto. La struttura è accogliente, nuova , pulita e ha tutti i confort che servono . In posizione centralissima, offre una bella saletta climatizzata per la colazione che è abbondante. Michael è una persona affabile e sa consigliare su dove andare, sempre pronto per tutte le necessità dei suoi clienti. Bravo! Consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno tranquillo.

Tutto. Struttura perfetta, nuova e molto pulita. Situata in centro e vicino a supermercato e servizi autobus, praticamente pochi passi. Colazione varia e staff disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Michael il proprietario attento e presente, la sua disponibilità ed onestà encomiabili, affidabile al 100 per 100. Ho perso nella sua struttura dei soldi e lui me li ha restituiti con bonifico bancario. Che dire di più? Grazie Michael. Ritorneremo.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und verfügt auch über einen Aufzug. Für unseren Mietwagen gab es rund um die Unterkunft genug Parkplätze. Im selben Gebäude gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Marsaxlokk hat auch einen kleinen Strand, den wir auch benutzten. An der Hafenpromenade gibt es viele Restaurants.

Zwar werden Rührei und Omelette auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet, das Frühstücksbuffet hätte aber insgesamt etwas üppiger ausfallen können.

Habitació està antiquada, l'hotel està en reforma i aquesta habitació encara no li ha tocat. Igualment el mobiliari era correcte. No és un lloc adequat per buscar tranquil·litat i relaxació.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Bootshafen und Markt von Marsaxlokk. Supermarkt ist ebenfalls direkt nebenan, genauso wie verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés. Super freundlicher Gastgeber -danke Mike! :) Frühstück auf der Dach Terrasse oder drinnen möglich.

Leider sehr hellhörig, aber ansonsten alles super :) Nur ein Hinweis für neue Gäste: der Haupteingang zur Rezeption befindet sich nicht vorne am Hafen, sondern seitlich gleich neben dem Supermarkt.

Moderno albergo nel centro, la posizione strategica , vicinissimo ai buoni ristoranti. La camera ampia e pulita, i letti comodi, bagno moderno e grande. Buona colazione con poca scelta, ma era possibile richiedere qualcosa su ordinazione gratuitamente, lo staff è molto gentile e servizievole . buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Świetna obsługa, bardzo serdeczny i pomocny kierownik. Śniadania robione według zamówienia, wszystko na świeżo. Rewelacja. Codziennie sprzątany pokój, wymieniane ręczniki, uzupełniana woda, herbata itp.

Jedynym słabym punktem była łazienka, której przydałby się remont.

Hotel zlokalizowany jest nad nabrzeżem wioski Marsaxlokk, tuż przy przystanku autobusowym, a sklep spożywczy znajduje się w tym samym budynku - nie ma sensu chodzić do SPAR. Mimo to jest spokojnie i cicho. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto a obsługa niezwykle uprzejma. Nasz pokój był duży a łóżka wygodne. Śniadania są doskonałe!!! Pyszne i sycące. Poza podstawowymi produktami na stole szwedzkim, zostanie Wam podane to, o co poprosicie. W pokojach jest dobrze działająca klimatyzacja - to bardzo ważne, bo w upalne dni wiatrak by nie wystarczył. Każdego dnia wymieniane są ręczniki w łazience. Parasol i ręczniki plażowe dostępne na życzenie.

Nous avons apprécier la très grande gentillesse et l'accueil du propriétaire. Notre chambre numéro 7 donnait sur la rue avec une vue latérale sur la mer. Elle est grande il y a une petite kitchenette avec un évier, et un petit frigo.

Si vous arrivez tard , ne faites pas l'erreur de rentrer par la porte sur la place à côté du restaurant! Contournez et l'entrée de plein pied avec la réception se trouve dans la petite rue.

Michael, the owner, but also the rest pf the staff, is very kind and helpful, always makes sure that the guests are having a good time at the accommodation. The guest house is just 2 minutes from several bus stations, depending on where you want to go, and has many restaurants around, plus St Peter's Bay which is a must, especially if you like cliff jumping :D I had a single room with amazing bathroom, it was very clean and I had my towels changed every day (extra tea or coffee as well, trash bin emptied), which was much appreciated. The room has recently been renovated, the bathroom is very modern and spacious. The breakfast is very tasty, it is very nice that you get fresh croissants and other pastries straight from the oven. Michael was very kind for letting me have breakfast earlier than the usual hours, as I had an early flight to catch in the morning. I highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful vacation in Malta.

The room needs a night lamp (but I saw that was work in progress so it will probably be added soon).

Very well located in Marsaxlokk and also very modern, you can tell that the owner put a lot of soul into it and probably a lot of money too!😄 Breakfast was exceptionally good and varied, Michael and Ian very attentive to their guests. Ian gave us some great visiting tips.

Everything was fine and if something was wrong it was taken care of immediately. The whole Staff was very friendly and the host Michael was available at all times and took very good care of us. He definitely goes the extra mile for his guests.

The Bed was a little bit hard for my own liking. But that could be my personal preference.

I really liked the Guest house, a large room for the whole family - there are four of us, Mom and Dad and two teenage children. Large double bed, two single beds, plenty of space, large bathroom, balcony overlooking the main embankment. Super good location of the hotel - two minutes from the very center - central square, cathedral, embankment with restaurants, public bus stop. Breakfast is not very big, but sufficient. Additionally, the preparation of a hot breakfast is made - an omelet or scrambled eggs. Super responsive and attentive host, we stopped by late - a late flight with a delay. We arrived at the hotel at 23.30. We checked in without any problems - the owner sent all the instructions via whatsapp, left the key at the reception. Additionally, I want to note a very good sound insulation of the room. There was a holiday outside and it was noisy - absolutely nothing could be heard in the room. We had a great night's sleep. I also want to note in addition the owner allowed us to leave our luggage until the evening on the day of departure, gave us towels and gave us the opportunity to take a shower after a hot day before a late departure. It's super!

Such a gem of a place, Micheal is a superb host . Large modern airy rooms , fabulous spacious bathroom, superb location.. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice , good quality food . All the staff were friendly and very welcoming. We hope to stay again sometime and highly recommend Duncan guesthouse. Thankyou

Wonderful property, warm, hospitable hosts, great breakfasts! Great set-up for a beach and foodie holiday; Marsaxlokk has the best seafood we’ve ever eaten. Duncan Guest House provided everything we needed for a fantastic stay in southern Malta!

The guest house is in a great location, which is really close to the beautiful harbour with an abundance of restaurants, mostly specialising in seafood.

Michael, the owner, was fantastic and couldn't do enough to please and make his guests feel welcome and share his local knowledge.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were done to a really high standard. I think the room i was in was recently refurbished and it was so much nicer than I was expecting. The host, Michael, is a really lovely guy - very friendly and helpful and does some great fried eggs! He greeted me with a handshake, waved me off with a handshake and was there every morning at breakfast to take the hot food orders - a really nice touch to be so personal. I found this place to be great value for money and the location within Marsaxlokk was fabulous. There is some work being done in some parts of the hotel but it wasn’t disruptive in any way and I think will upgrade the place even more.

While the location within the town was fab, to get to other places the buses could take ages - so worth considering taxis which aren’t too expensive. Also the mattress was obviously brand new and in perfect condition but I think I would recommend the property adds mattress protectors just to make sure they stay that way! When I arrived there was no one at the desk to let me in so do make sure you respond to the message you’ll get asking what time you will arrive, and take note of the telephone number just in case you need to call.
