I was home visiting. This property allowed me to so everything I did when growing up. The beach, band comcerts, walking along the waterfront. Looking forward to a return trip.

I booked this for my parents who are in their 70's. They had a lovely stay while visiting me and my family. We wanted them to have their own private space and enjoy some alone time. It was also their 55th wedding anniversary. Thank you, Franca!

This Loft, in Marion MA, is a wonderful place to stay.
It is very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the trees and garden that has a large swimming pool.
The bedroom and bathroom are also spacious, with a shower/bath and the queen size bed is very comfortable.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with an oven and dishwasher. The lounge seating is very comfortable and well kept.
The owner is a very accommodating and friendly lady, who lives in the house next to the loft. So if there are any issues she is right next door!
I would absolutely recommend this property for either a short or long term stay.

The moment we stepped onto the property we were very impressed! The loft is beautiful and very clean. Franca was an amazing host and was very kind. We would definitely come and stay again!

Another Great Visit to the Cape
Franca was a wonderful host. We had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. Accommodations were convenient to all of the townships on the Cape- most all within an hour’s drive or less. Excellent restaurants nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect getaway.
The loft is beautiful and cozy. It's a perfect quiet getaway in a relaxed and peaceful setting, while also being close to plenty of attractions. The host is wonderful and so very accommodating. I'd book it again in a heartbeat.

Loved Franca. Very responsive. Toilet broke whole there. Fixed right away. Needed toilet paper brought right over. Very interesting to talk to. Great pad for relaxing time. Covid limited the use of pool. Such is life under Covid. Small pointers. Unit could use some more spoons. No full size fridge so if you bring lots of food. Bring a cooler too. Found out after that Great Hill farm makes and sells fresh Blue Cheese. Mon-thu. Sadly found out the hard way friday. Next time will check out. Otherwise thanks for a great week

Beautiful
We stayed here last year for a quick get away and it was as amazing as we remembered. Very clean, easy walk to Sandwich with cute shops. Just wonderful

Balcony overlooking pool area was fabulous for coffee in the morning and a wind-down cocktail before bed. Very peaceful location, yet still a great jumping off point for the western cape and the islands. Spacious living area and kitchen, nicely decorated. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay
Franca is an excellent host and this is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and check in was so easy. Extremely comfortable and convenient location, we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

Mavelous Marion
This property was stunning. Super clean, easy access to the beach and shops and very private and modern. The communication between me and the owner was so easy and personable. We will definitely be booking again.

A lovely oasis where everything is perfect!
We needed a few days away to disconnect and recharge - and Franca’s absolutely gorgeous loft, plus her beautiful garden and pool, turned out to be exactly right! Everything here is sheer perfection, Franca and her husband are incredibly gracious hosts, Marion is an adorable little town, Cape Cod and many beaches are easily reachable ... we hope to return soon!

Wish our trip was longer!
We stayed only one night for a local wedding. This apartment is beautiful and modern with wonderful amenities. We really appreciated the beverages and coffee in the morning! I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy the pool. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Overall highly recommended.

Old stone studio
The communication with the owner was great! The location was prefect for us, we will definitely book again when we come back in the area go visit family again! Due to our short stay we weren’t able to use the pool, I would’ve loved a dip - next time for sure! The accommodations were comfortable, there was an air conditioner in the main room and the bedroom which was welcome in the June temps! The only thing we were a bit disappointed in was that the posting listed a washing machine available, we did not find one in the loft but did find directions to a laundromat. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay, EXCELLENT location, and was quiet and private. We hope to be back!

I stayed at the loft for two nights to attend a yoga teacher workshop in the area. The accomodations were fantastic. Sparkling clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Modern Guest apartment above the garage, great location
We have stayed at this very nice guest house several times. Each time has been the same, modern upscale furnishings, clean, easy access to the owner, great location to area attractions. The refrigerator is always stocked with water, LaCroix, Sanpellegrino and half and half for coffee. Light snacks are thoughtfully placed in the upper cabinets, you may have to look for them😀 We really enjoy this spot and have booked for additional stays.

Lovely Village Residence
We are sipping expresso now as I write this review in our stylish and peaceful rental in Marion Village. It is immaculate with every amenity, a large living area, cozy bedroom and bath, and a deck overlooking the pool. Here for a wedding, we had the perfect place to prepare and unwind.

It was very intimate and private and made for a perfect weekend getaway with my hubby. It’s a great location to stay at if your traveling to Martha’s Vineyard via the Ferry. Nice Loft Apartment -Private, Quiet, Great Location
The Marion village apartment was a perfect place for our extended weekend on the South Coast for a family gathering. Everything was accessible and Franca was the perfect host providing some refreshments in the fridge when we arrived. It's nice to take a stroll to Silver Shell Beach in the evening along the harbor. If you are looking for a local produce store to shop head over to Fieldstones Farm Market on Rt 6 in Marion. Also while everyone goes to Turks in Mattapoisett for great sushi and sea food check out Rustico Pizza right across from Turks on Rt 6. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay. We would come back again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Franca's loft apartment. It was clean and well-equipped. Beautiful property. Franca is very responsive and a pleasure to coordinate with. It rained so we didn't use the pool but we did bike around Marion and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
