to much noise ,we just can’t sleep we were at room 1E every body came yelling,laughing..that’s wasn’t pleasant

unique hotel in the middle of Old Town near everything. very comfortable room, helpful staff. loved the Casablanca movie vibe.

lobby was a bit crowded at cruise turnover times. it’s a narrow building so not much room for people and luggage.

It was in a prime location, was so clean and beautifully decorated. Amazing terraces!! The staff was friendly and professional. we could not have asked for more.

We were there for one night as we were joining a cruise ship the next day. Staff were generally super friendly and helpful. gave us some great recommendations for food and the location in old San Juan was perfect for exploring, although you are quite far from the beach. While we didn’t get time to fully utilise the rooftop area and jacuzzis it was definitely a pretty cool space!

Building just seemed a little tired and rundown. Safe in the room didn’t work, had to really slam the door to lock it, lift was sometimes out of order and room was quite small with little natural night.

Beautiful hotel.

The shower faucet doesn't work well. Take a while to try to turn off the faucet. Our floor room was a little dirty. When I take off my socks, I can see the dirty. Also, they don't have an expresso machine in the breakfast area.

The staff overall were great and the location was fantastic. The rooftop lounging options were wonderful. The place was super cute and very clean. Having cold water, tea, and coffee all day at the the lobby was great. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast (not inckuded but lovely to have so close). . The negatives were minor and I would stay here again.

The door didn't lock due to being warped and even though there was a tiny refrigerator for guests to use in the lobby we weren't told that at the outset. The bathroom was super tiny but as an older building some of that is to be expected

When I arrive Monday . October 3 at 4:00 p.m. The lady of the front desk was rudge and I have to wait when she was in the phone. The other stafff was so great.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice. Very clean.

1st night issue with our room due to on going repairs to the roof. They should have made arrangements prior to that week. Instead of selling out all comparable suites . Knowing we needed two beds. They did give us a discount for 1 night but having never roomed or shared a bed with my friend as our 1st trip to celebrate her retirement, it was slightly awkward. I didn't mind but she really wanted her own room. And the room for the first night was above a loud club. So that would have been good to know prior to bring ear plugs. But they said it is not every night. However this was a Saturday. Or if we knew this maybe an issue we would have opted for the other room that was on another side of the hotel. Otherwise no issues.

You're in the middle of the town of Old San Juan and surrounded by gift shops. Beautiful town

When the music is loud at the bar and you can't sleep and The AC is loud so it kind of helps a little but the light from the AC is a little bright but I'm glad I got the feeling of old San Juan beautiful area
