The breakfast remains the star of the entire package. Besides that the extremely responsive and polite staff also need to be thoroughly appreciated for the services they provide. Additionally, the location of the hotel is also good. There is a local market within walking distance.

The aged colored cushions smelled bad. On complaining they were changed within 10 minutes, and all covers of pillows also changed. The rectification was really swift, but still these things should be caught on, in time.

Uncomfortable bed, poor quality linens, furniture in bad shape, cheap toiletries, and inadequate in room dining options.

The Staff. Especially Arpit & Sona.. They were very helpful and humble. They also gave us a room upgrade. Will surely visit next time.

There is nothing to dislike.

Room maintenance was done while we were away n without information. Had to request for transport and availability 3-4 times and had to hire by self. Did not accommodate extension for checkout considering mid night check-in.

Excellent food quality. Mr. Aditya who served us in the multi-cuisine restaurant was exceptional. He took care of our dining needs very well. Ms Honey and Mr Tipanna at the front desk made us feel at home during the check-in and check-out. Overall, an excellent stay.

The staff wasexcellent,caring,cooperative ,attentive and supportive. Mr Tipanna,Mr Arpit, and Mr Ravi at the desk executed their duties excellently. In the Latitude restaurant Mr Dilip kumar ,mr Aditya and Mr Ajay served delicious food and their service was prompt and excellent. The buffet spread and the food served was tasty and delicious and excellent. Not to forget the chauffer Mr Deepak was well versed about all the tourist spots and attended to all our needs during our stay. The food served in all the restaurants here is tasty and awesome. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained throughout our stay.Overall we had a comfortable and a memorable stay.

Unsupportive front desk staff. Extra child without any extra bed utilised they were too adamant and charged lot of amount extra..whereas during checkin the staff had confirmed that if no extra bed utilised then no extra will be charged . Non cooperative and non considerate Staff

Excellent location and in CBD area.

Fantastic hotel, breakfast is great but dinner is also fantastic, it is a good chance to try lots of different dishes prepared by excellent chefs. The pool is also great.

The shower door did not close so every time we took a shower the entire bathroom floor became wet. Jiva Spa is a little but expensive.

The staff were very welcoming and the buffet breakfast was superb! It was within easy walking distance of the sports centre where we were attending a Pickleball Tournament.

The polluted river next to the hotel - obviously not their responsibility!

While booking , I booked a room with Twin beds , but still got a room with Double bed .

The cleaned and decorated room was amazing surprise.

The staff was very courteous and the facilities were excellent. Overall it was a great experience.
