Lucie who met me when I arrived was so warm & friendly, she made me feel at home straight away. She was also so helpful with recommendations for the area.
The room was super comfortable & clean. The location of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Bordeaux! :)

nice room and the girl on reception was very nice
we did not get a reception to get their calls and didn’t réalise it was check in only till 9pm, there was no parking although that is why we chose the hotel and the person I called was rude and unhelpful

Clean and convenient location with private car park
Room could be a bit small and inconvenient with lot of baggage especially due to the walkup building.
No slippers to walk in the room.

This is a fabulous little find, just off a main road, but still right in the middle of town so everything is either easy walking or hop on a tram if you need yo g farther afield. Super friendly staff on reception both arriving and departing. It's nothing too fancy, but hots the spot for a short stay over.

the hotel didn’t have parking so we had to park our car in public garage.. the breakfast is very poor.. it could be cleaner,especially the bathroom

Room was smelling because of outdated AC system (humid carpet due to dropping AC). Bathroom needs better maintenance.

Poor sound insulation between rooms meant a bad nights sleep - the person upstairs seemed to walking around all night.

Clean, stylish and in a great location. The owner Benjamin was very helpful and gave us a room upgrade. Bordeaux is a fabulous city. Overnight parking nearby cost around €20.

The guys on reception were so helpful, pleasant & welcoming ..The hotel is a small, modern hotel situated in a quiet back street of bordeaux. Bed was very comfortable & shower good ...
Only one small bottle of water per room , which is actually more than any other French hotel we have stayed in ... ( there never seems to be any complementary essentials in French hotels like water, soap etc ) I always think little touches always make such a difference .. not a complaint just a suggestion ...as we enjoyed our stay...

We stayed at La Cour Carre for thee nights, the hotel is in a great location, clean, esthetic and well managed. Benjamin, the owner, was extremely helpful is providing us with information that made our visit a unique experience.

Location was excellent, the host was very welcoming and informative. They upgraded our room to a larger suite which was very nice of them.

Great location and beautifully decorated small hotel, the staff were lovely and happy to help with restaurant recommendations and bookings.
The room was very small but they might vary, we took the last two available that weekend.
