This is a wonderful property - really great value for money. We had 7 people in our group and it was a very spacious area. There was also plenty of cookware and utensils available which made cooking a variety of meals very easy. The location is great too, only a street away from the beach and the main restaurant/retail area is about a 15 minute walk along the beach. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Lovely house and good proximity to the beach
House was dirty - cushions mouldy, floor dirty, showers dirty. Poor instructions provided to find the property which made it hard to find.

Easy pick up of keys, then went to the property ourselves and let ourselves in.
Information not given at checkin such as the lift being broken and not to be used. Property was not clean and unfortunately the vacuum upstairs was broken and not charging

Would have been easier with full address / directions to be left with keys (picked up after hours) had a little trouble finding it.

The layout of the house, the view, the cleanliness. The fresh air, the price, the kitchen was fully stocked with appliance and all your kitchen needs. Close to shops. But not walking distance.
Stairs, and no ceilling fans in main bedroom. The bright lights, maybe different bulbs would be more relaxing. That's being picky, not alot I didn't like about the place.

The house wasn't cleaned enough for the type of property that it is. This is a premium accommodation and the standard should be a bit higher

Generally clean and neat villa.
Found dirt in a few areas - very dusty under the beds, couches and on the verandahs. The over was non-operational for the first three days.

Took very long to find booking in system. 30 minute wait. That was the only down point of the stay.

The house was perfect for our group.
We had to wake the night manager to get our keys as we couldn’t get into Paradiso resort. Then the keys wouldn’t come out of the lock box. We had a lot of trouble finding the place. A map on the paperwork would help. The fridge on the top balcony didn’t work. And only 2/3 of the bbq worked. Also two of the toilets kept running. So needed extra flushing.

couldn’t work out how to unlock front door. tried using the code on keys on the keypad but wouldn’t open. Had to enter through garage.
