Номер був не великий,але комфортний.кухня і душ був на дві кімнати.

Матрас був жахливий і подушки так само..приїхали переночувати одну ніч,але так і не змогли заснути на такому матраці..не знаю чи тільки нам так пощастило,але сусід теж не спав до ранку

Breakfast menu was very nice. You can choose between pancakes, saussages or eggs. All come with a cup of coffee of your choice and a small bowl of salad or seasonal fruit. Unfortunately, a location is dirty and noisy due to ongoing reconstruction.

Some hosts were smoking in the building so I could smell the smoke in my room. The share bathroom didn't suit me well because there were only men in other rooms.

Modern interior, nice design in the hallway and rooms. Possible to wash the clothes. Nice hostel staff, always ready to help. Very low prices from Sunday to Friday, the lowest prices in Wroclaw. The room conditions, toilet and shower cleanless are best, compare to other hostels.

1) There is no elevator, if you have a heavy luggage, then be prepare to carry them on the stairs. 2) There is no ventilation and no air conditioning in the rooms. Open window doesn't help much, still very hot and stuffy. 3) The facility offers the tea but no coffee. 4) cleaning is only superficial, dust remains in the closet on the shelves and under the bed. 5) Very noisy from the road. Most rooms windows face the road, and the hallway windows faces the quiet part of the backyard.

The hostel is very clean. There are multiple kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (there is a stove as well). There is a good wi-fi signal in the room. Very cosy and comfortable room. The bathroom was very spacious. There is a place to dry your clothes.

The check in hours are very strict. We were not allowed to check in earlier. Luckily we were allowed at least to store our staff before the check in time. The staff speaks poor English. It would have been great if a towel had been provided. The reception desk is actually located in a different building, which we wouldn't have known unless one of the guys who was leaving hasn't told us.

bed is not comfortable and check in is in another building, quite dark public place, and far away from city center.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff at the reception was helpful and welcoming.

I want to be honest. The location of the reception is in a very unpleasant neighborhood (a lot of homeless people around). The reception is around 200m from the hostel itself. The room - it feels like I was unlucky one (considering what other reviewers say). Tiny bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment with absolutely nothing in it besides 2 beds (super uncomfortable beds) and one small table with a lamp. My room was located right next to the common toilet upstairs, and of course, another couple was staying in the apartment and walls are not soundproof :D It's definitely not the experience you want to have when you're traveling alone. It's worth paying a few extra bucks for something more comfortable and closer to the city center (it took me 20 minutes by bus to get more or less close to the city center + 20minutes of walk to get to the old town).
