signage out on the road. maybe the motel is not allowed to have a large sign outside on the road frontage. however, Google maps or GPs useful to locate motel.

Good location, plenty of off street parking and quiet. Clean, well equipped room. Would be happy to stay there again.

Good location with easy access to the city centre, beaches and peninsula. Staff were lovely and very helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

When we came back from our dinner, the room stunk of cigarette smoke, like someone had been smoking in it. I spoke to the lady at reception the next morning about it, querying if someone had been inside, which she assured me no one had. We had seen the person in the room next door smoking outside twice before however so she thought that maybe the smoke had gone into our room through the seals around the doors. I'm not sure how that could happen.

Warm and quiet

Beds were a bit hard Outside lights on at night annoying if you are a light sleeper

they had not turned the motel sign on at knight and it took a lot of up and down the street to find it thank you

The cleaniness and the area it was in was easy for me and my whanau.

I had no toilet paper for a day

Didn't spend much time there to be able to comment.

Missed the entrance the first time there, as did the local taxi driver when I returned from the concert I attended. Needs a better sign or the vegetation trimmed at the entrance.

Comfortable beds, great wee kitchen, lovely shower. Very clean and hosts were helpful.

The only thing was that there wasn’t a couch in unit, so couldn’t watch tv comfortably.
