Convenient location, very clean and affordable

Comfortable apartment. Nice view from the balcony!

Listing on booking.com says the apartment has a sofa bed, regardless of how many people are staying. There were only 2 of us staying, but I wanted to give my friend the bed to herself and I brought a sleeping bag for me to sleep on the sofa bed. When we got there, we found out that sofabeds are actually not included in all apartments. You have to specifically request one and they are subject to availability. The attitude of the owner was less than hospitable, as she would not admit that the ‘features list’ and wording on booking.com was confusing. The on-site manager eventually brought us a foldaway bed instead, which we were happy with. Also, the cancellation policy on booking.com allowed cancellation up to 2 days prior. However, the owners send you a letter after you book which contradicts this and requires 2 weeks notice instead. Thankfully we didn’t have to deal with this issue as we didn’t cancel. But just a heads up that the owners are making their own rules, separate to what they advertise on booking.com

The space and location was ideal. Very clean and good standard even providing a clothes rack for drying!! Will recommend to friends and family wanting to stay somewhere on the Sunny Coast! Thanks Craig!

Lack of toilet paper and changing towels more regularly would be ideal.

Location is good, perfect for a nice stroll along the river close to everything by car. The road noise dies down late at night so you get a good sleep. Pool is small but perfect for a cool off and then have shade and seats . Free Onsite parking off the road is great. Cafe next door is a bonus!! Manager was very helpful and friendly.
