o quarto do último andar tem uma vista linda . E uma varanda ótima para sentar e apreciar o clima.

Quarto amplo e espaçoso, porém a tv não é smart e é muito pequena, ficamos limitados a tv local. Achei o anúncio fake, prometem alguns itens que não possuem. Não tem nenhum benefício, café da manhã ruim e funcionárias poucos solícitas, falta liberdade na disposição dos alimentos do café da manhã.

Falta alimentos, por exemplo, acabou o queijo e o doce de leite e não providenciaram a reposição, alimentos muito regulados, não tínhamos liberdade e acesso a alguns itens, por exemplo. Odiamos, não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém. A limpeza é realizada a cada 48 horas, poucos funcionários para atendimento.

Decayó mucho este Hotel. Antes era bueno. Ahora ya no.

No hay servicio a la habitación de ningún tipo, nada para comer, el restaurante no está más y no hay nadie para preparar ni un sándwich. Por Ciudad Vieja está todo cerrado de noche. No hay donde cenar en las cercanías. El personal de recepción son las mucamas y te atienden como enojados, mala onda.

Every aspect of the place exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for the price. The host was also fantastic.

The bed was good and the room was broad.

The bathroom had an unceasing bad smell due to sewage smell coming up through the drain; the shower was very poorly designed - all the water actually went directly into the wall; the TV was very small and antique; the receptionist charged us in UYU utilizing an FX rate way higher than applicable

Great location, two blocks from the waterfront and central to the old city. Several nice design touches in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and quite helpful staff. My son got bit by a dog in Buenos Aires and needed to get his third rabies vaccine in Montevideo. The staff made phone calls for us and found out the hospital we needed to visit to get his vaccine and the hours they were open for this. She was a real life-saver in a complicated situation for us. Would gladly stay here again.

Although my room has a gorgeous water view, my bed and pillows were not good. My neck started hurting after the first night's sleeping. The whole hall way smelled bad. The lobby was badly designed and felt so narrow and crowded. The staff was nice though.
