Great comfortable hotel, good value for money.

The only thing not to like is the noise. I found I could get used to the noise from the bierkeller etc easily, but the walls are so thin that if there’s a child nearby it’s torture. Also you can hear the furniture scraping on the floors from the very early morning. I would definitely stay again, but bring earplugs :)

Beautiful room with amazing sea view, awesome restaurant staff.

None. Noisy Bierkoning is very close, but I didn't have any sleeping issues, even I am a light sleeper, I slept very well, like a baby.

The room was basic but with all one can need. Breakfast was amazing, full of options, and the location was great, except that there is a Beer Garden a block away and the noise was pretty loud and annoying. Otherwise, the beach was 3 blocks away and the bus for the airport stopped 2 blocks from the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner buffet style was brilliant Location is great - 3 minutes to the sea For those young people - the strip is just minutes away, but you don't hear the noise from the hotel at night at all if the balcony door is closed 20 min on the bus (stop next to the hotel) to Palma, costs 2 euros.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, no fridge

Good price and amazing breakfast for just 5 euro. The position is great, it is in the middle of Playa the Palma that it is an area full of Germans - therefore there are a lot of pubs disco restaurants and places where to rent a bike car or motorbike. The beach is close, too.

It is a 4stars hotel, but it does not have the services as a 4 stars - there is the swimming pool, true, but the room was very basic, no soap at the bathroom sink, to wash your hands you needed to take the soap from the shower. The television was in German and also the breakfast really German oriented. Seems like to not be in Spain :-( The cleaning staff started to enter in our room from 8 am, too early. Wasn't it?

fabulous hotel. cleanliness top class. excellent location. if you’re booking from any part of Europe that’s not Germany be aware….this part of the island is all German. bars restaurants only cater for German people.

the pool was absolutely freezing….I don’t mean cold, I mean FREEZING. could not use it 😔

no soap next to the basin. soft mattress. a bit loud due to proximity to bars and Restaurants.

Food above average as was cleaning staff.

1) staff rushing u to leave at end of meals..Correct edequette is to stop access 2 food etc @meal time end But 2 allow sufficient time 2 finish all food etc already on tables. 2) Surcharge 4 paying on arrival..My travel bank cards dont permit paying online when booking!! 3) Reception not fixing missing Tv stations as well as No English ones although quite a few French & German ones!!
