Loved this on the beach location! And we really appreciated the owner providing airport transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean but nothing tops the view from the balcony! Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Views are amazing. Almost look unreal. When you wake up the view and sound of the ocean are mesmerizing. Location of condo is great. Right on beach and close to food stores, restaurants etc. short Uber to Old San Juan.

So I brought my 81 year old mom back to her home state for her birthday. She immediately complained how filthy the bathrooms were. To apease her I went to the store and purchased a common bathroom cleaner. ( Clorox bathroom cleaner). I was informed that the cleaner "faded" the toilet seat and was charged 350.00 ( no they were not gold). The air conditioner cord burned up and we were without air conditioning fot 30+ hours. The cable was in and out. And we lost power no less than 3 occasions for hours. The surrounding buildings still had power. For the price you would do better to find other accommodations.

The location of this property was fantastic. Perfect for the beach lovers and the younger family members who wanted to explore the area and visit the casinos. Gaby is an awesome host! The location was clean and neat. She thought of everything, down to a rolling cart, for when we went shopping!!! Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be centrally located to explore Puerto Rico! Gaby is a wonderful hostess, very gracious, responsive and informative. The views are spectacular, no need to go anywhere else for a sunrise or a sunset but right out the sliders to the balcony. Those same sliders, when they are all open, let the fresh breezes all throughout the condo, and can be as cool as having the AC on! The master bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! The second bedroom was just as cool. Everything was as represented in the photos and description. There is also a stand up fan in the master bedroom that can provide noise and air circulation for those used to a ceiling fan. Keep in mind that on an island utilities are more expensive (everything is usually more expensive on a island), so please be courteous and follow Gaby's requests so her price for this wonderful bit of paradise won't go up in the future. There were several restaurants and grocery/convenience/pharmacy stores nearby. We ate at Metropol restaurant several times because of their coconut flan, made in house. Sixt car rental is 3 blocks down the road.

This condominium was fantastic! The view of the ocean is great. Gaby was fun and helped us whenever we asked. She even picked us up from the grocery store and took us shopping for a stroller that we needed for our 3 year old! If I could give a higher rating I would!!!

as advertised! Spacious, clean Right On the Ocean with a spectacular view. Just be aware that there are no washrooms or changing stations in the pool area or 0n the beach. But you are steps to the ocean from the building.Gaby responded quickley to any questions we had during the stay, even picked us up at the airport. Book now! you won't regret it.

Step back into the 70s decor. Nice master. Wish that there was a TV in the living room instead of the 2nd bedroom. Would have liked a washer or at least a dryer. Love the Coral Towers. Good security and walking distance to grocery, casino and restaurants. Easy to get around with Uber.

ROOMY APARTMENT, LOVELY VIEWS FROM TERRACE, BATHROOMS COULD USE SOME UPDATING BUT HOST WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GRACIOUS.

Property was beautiful and well supplied with all you need for staying at this without spending a mint. Full refrigerator, Stove, Comfort beyond compare. Balcony you could die for - breezy even when it rains every day for a bit. Does not alter your vacation as it lasts minutes. #Would highly recommend this property. People were professional yet friendly.

Our host was wonderful! She picked us up at the airport, gave us restaurant recommendations all of which were amazing, and let us stay a little extra when our flights were delayed. Absolutely gorgeous view!!!! Quiet, couldn't hear the airport much at all. Lap pool is huge! We'll come again!

We loved our experience and plan on using Gabby’s condo again. It was clean, had all the amenities we wanted, and the location was amazing! Literally right on the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a great place to stay during our vacation.

Great location, owner is very nice, but the way she runs the property leaves a lot to be desired. Not our usual VRBO experience. 4 adults, 2 teens. We love VRBO and travel frequently, usually very happy with our stays. We had extra family join us at last minute, we paid extra in cash per her request, but no additional towels (1 per person for our 4 day stay, no washcloths), 2 rolls of cheapest possible toilet paper, (we were told if we needed more we had to buy on our own- why do owners skimp on TP- seriously?!)1 roll of paper towels, tiny amount of dish soap, which we had to buy more of because the dishwasher didn't work and she couldn't get more for us. (?) There is a non-functional washer and dryer in unit, no oven, and the plumbing is bad, so you cant take a shower at the same time someone is using the kitchen sink- otherwise the kitchen floods, like it did on us. There are no condiments and just salt, pepper and sugar in cupboards, If you are spending more than a couple of days there, plan on running to the store and buying staples like oil, seasoning, creamer, ketchup, etc. Gaby was very stern on sand being brought into the unit (but it's beachfront!) But there was no broom or ANY cleaning supplies to keep the place clean on our own. AC units in bedrooms only and they were not very effective. Fixtures seem to be original (50 years old) and toilets took several tries to flush. Also stickers throughout apartment telling us how to finagle toilet handles to flush, dont use towels to remove make up and dont open fridge door for 15 seconds after closing. It was just...disappointing. I love places that treat (trust?) renters nicely. Really, why not stock the place full of towels, decent TP, cleaning supplies (lots of us do clean on an as-needed basis), and leave staples that people buy but dont use all of? We loved the location, but this unit and management needs work. We love laid-back, non-fancy places, but this was just not fun.

Safe, clean, secure condo in Isla Verde with an amazing ocean view and right on a clean beautiful beach. def hit the Alambique- beach bar and restaurant with great food just a few steps down the beach. Also the Sonesta right next door makes great Pina Coladas at their walk up bar, available to all beach patrons. . Uber is super cheap to take you to restaurants if you don’t want to rent a car. CVS across the street for things you need or forgot. The pool was out of commission but we were made aware ahead of time and not a dealbreaker for us as we came for the Beach. The host Gaby is amazing and came and got us on arrival (even though it was super early), and did a great job of orienting us to our condo and area.

We had such a great vacation. We really liked the Condo. The air conditioner in the second bedroom didn’t work as well as we would have liked. The location is perfect! Very nice beach and we could walk to groceries, restaurants and entertainment.

We stayed 3 nights in this 2 br 2 ba high rise oceanfront condo, fully furnished on beach with pool. Owner Gaby was responsive, cordial and helpful. We'll be back soon to see more of PR. We were on the island for a week but that's not enough time.

My husband and I (and our friend) spent a few days in this beautiful apartment. The view was spectacular. Our host was so accommodating--she even picked us up from the airport and went back later for our friend! We were walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The air conditioning and fans made sleeping wonderful at night. Great stay!

We had an adventure due to power outage in Puerto Rico. But Gaby kept us informed and we got power back on second day! Anyhow, property was nice and Gaby couldn’t have been more accommodating! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay at his property. The views from the balcony were wonderful and the location was perfect! Our family of 5 had plenty of space, comfortable beds and great beach front access. Food and groceries were easily available. Most importantly, Gabby was great! She gave me a heads up as soon as new Covid protocols were put into effect so we did not get hung up at the airport. She also worked with us when our flight was canceled for 36 hours and there were no hotel rooms! Would highly recommend this property

This was perfect for us, beautiful ocean view, great location within walking distance to restaurants, markets and right on the beach where umbrella/chair rentals are available. The apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. One AC was not working at first and was fixed immediately. Very good property and management. Gaby was very informative and professional.

The place was great with a beautiful view of the beach. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. What made it extra great was how great the host was! Gabi went above and beyond, Picking us up And dropping us off at the airport the airport, storing our extra luggage, and making herself accessible for all our dumb questions. Her place was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean but it was really the service she provided that made all the difference.

We really enjoyed this place, the pick up offered by Gaby was great and the location is not far from the airport at all! The unit could be updated but the pictures matched our expectations so it was perfectly fine. We were not ready for that amazing view! Wow! The unit is high up and so incredibly breezy we did not even use the AC during the days. The location is super convenient as the beach is quite literally down stairs, the beach is great and there is a guy who rents beach chairs for $5 and a food truck and a bar within walking distance and retuning from the beach there are showers and a great pool we took a dip in. On the street side there is a 24hr CVS, several fast food options, a 7-11 type store you can grab food from, lots of options. We spent the days on the beach and took an Uber to Old San Juan one evening and to La Placita on another, both were super affordable and we had a great time, with no issues getting around. We really had a great time, it was worth it to be able to wake up to those views alone. Would def recommend and stay again. Thanks Gaby!

The location is perfect, the view is amazing but the apartment unit needs some improvement. There is a review similar to mine from years ago and things are still the same. I had given it the benefit of the doubt and I rented this place and was waiting to enjoy it … but …The master bathroom is old and outdated. The tub and bidet is rusted and was not cleaned. We didn’t use it because it’s insanitary. The living room needs a sofa. There is a make shift seat in the place of a sofa. Needs a TV in the living room. No hot water in kitchens sink, luckily we never cook there nor even made coffee. The vents in the bathroom is not working and it’s loaded with accumulated dust. The mirror in master bedroom had lots of dust. The kitchen counter needs cleaning. We had partial usage to the freezer because owner had frozen packages inside The coin laundry had most of the washing machines and dryer outdated. It’s very small and there is hardly any machines available. No sink either to wash hands. I have picture as proof of everything I mentioned in this review. The elevators were out of services most of the time. The first day we arrived the elevator broke. We waited many minutes before we could complete our check in. Not forgetting a rude lady entered in the elevator even though there was a sign posted only two people allowed or a family of more, Most of the residents are without mask in the elevator and very rude. They don’t follow any COVID-19 protocols. We were looking forward to return to our home to enjoy our convenience. We stayed in many resorts before but they were very clean and well maintained. There are many restaurants and fast food nearby. Many things to do in and around the island. If this unit get the maintenance it needs it will be a gem.

Gabriella was professional, friendly, nice. The property was not only beautiful but clean, and organized. The fact that it has a pool and is beach front was great while traveling with teenagers. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time here. I have stayed in many VRBO's before and I can honestly say that I have never had better communication or ready support than we did with Gabby. I mean who else would pick you up and drop you off at the airport? The view is incredible, it is a 10 minute Uber drive to Old San Juan and all you need is in walking distance. The beach is at your doorstep and the water is clear turquoise. There is a roof top bar two buildings down called Mist that is a must and a beach bar the same distance the other way. Don't miss the fresh crab, octopus or shrimp salad available by a local who walks the beach with his professional cooler and rolling cart. He serves Pina Coladas too! Jet skis, banana boats and other rentals are available along the beach too. Amazing! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This spot was perfect for myself & my cousins. There is enough room. Gaby was always a phone call or text away. Definitely would stay there again.
