Saleté, pas d'accueil, lieu à l'abandon, à éviter,

Very bad, in car park and under renovation. Someone walked into my room and the room had toilet paper on the lock. The toilet is shared in a communal house.

Everything, I left after 2 hours.

Very dirty the place.

It is relatively easy to find and has parking for guests. The room had a small fridge and aircon.

I do not expect cheap place in the middle of season but even less expect so cheap looking place. There is no reception so if you have no phone, it remains to go around hoping to meet someone, using car horn, etc. The room was quite shabby and quite dirty. No door at the bathroom, which was small with some garbage left inside and someone's hair brush in the waste bin. Almost impossible to open window, which one has to do in order to raise/down the blinds. It all resembled a bit to a prison unit. Fridge inside worked but fridge doors were hard to open. Only one plug for charging. The bed, although relatively OK, was a bit on the short side. Wi-fi worked well outside but in my room there was no signal. I took a video of the room for those not believing me.

Only good thing was that it was close to main beaches.

The property looks like is abandoned. The status of the house is very poor and not very clean. The toilet was smelling extremely bad. The light was coming from a window in the morning that was badly covered.

Good location for Super U grocery shopping and access to Croix Valmer. Garden was quiet and spacious, but needed attention. Lots of free parking on site.

The accomodation was of hostel level. Our room was without natural light, the mattress could do with replacing, not particularly clean and without charm. The outside area/garden could have been lovely, but was untended with a very dirty bbq area. No hot water. No internet in the room despite description saying it was available throughout.
