The place is great. Enjoyed every time we were here. Rooms were always very clean. Love the Spa facilities. Feel very safe. Lovely view from the rooms which we had. Lift is very handy where you have kids. Not far away from the town centre. Definitely will be back again.

One thing which was not so good this time was a sofa bed which we couldn’t work out how to transform into bed 😂 but we managed to sleep on it anyway

Location is pretty good. The apartment was clean (once they came to do it after check in) and there were dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs etc.

BEWARE these are lovely apartments but they are all owned and rented by different companies. My sister had a huge one bed two toilet apartment but no oven or dishwasher. We had two bed apartment, three balconies, no sofa area, no microwave but we had a cooker and dishwasher. My partner rented another apartment (ours was a bit cramped for five of us) and his was a huge two bed with lounge but worst kitchen of the three. So it really does depend on which one you get. We loved Zakopane though, food was amazing and the people were all really nice, friendly and helpful and punctual.
