Comfortable bed and very friendly staff. We asked if we could have soft pillows and they changed it for us. Location is also central and yet we could relax well without noticing too much of the outside world.

The further the room is from the reception, the worse the wifi signal. we were on the second floor in the middle and the internet was unfortunately unusable in most of the cases.

Set back from the main road with a shaded pool creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff helpful and cheerful. Good location. Standard size hotel room within a historical villa.

We had a situation with the staff and the owner of the place and we barely could fix it as the english level was maybe not enough. Also the misunderstanding came from that lack of language. If you want to pay by card make sure you tell them in advance and maybe in their language.

This place is great value for money! good location, clean and quiet and rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were absolutely lovely and always willing to help.

it was on one of the main roads but very quite once inside. the staff are all friendly and happy to help with anything you need. the pool at the front is very refreshing after a day in the hot sun.

nothing to dislike

it’s a lovely looking property in a good location. About 10 mins walk to the centre of town so you can escape the noise of Pub Street! The pool at the front of the hotel was lovely - great for cooling off before or after a trip. The room was clean and air conditioned. Rooms don’t get cleaned every day. there’s a little cafe at the front which was handy and you can eat by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower head is extremely high up so by the time the water gets to you, it’s not that powerful. but it was warm. keep the toilet seat closed whilst you shower so the seat doesn’t get soaked!!

Great location off the center on a quiet street. Enjoyed the (clean) pool. The staff were genuinely nice people who were very helpful in every way. It’s a good value

Bathroom was a little cramped

Loved this hotel. Its in a brilliant location, with lots of restaurants down the road. The room was really clean and comfortable and a good size. Regular cleaning of the room was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful with booking a tuk tuk driver for angkor wat and doing our laundry. Pool was a great addition with pool towels and the sun loungers were really comfy!

We didn't realise that the front gate closed overnight. And we almost got locked in when heading out at 4am for our angkor wat sunrise tour! Luckily someone saw us on the security camera and came to unlock the door!

Great location, facilities are good with spacious room, comfy bed and hot shower. Staff are very friendly. Pool is a bonus to cool off after exploring Siem Reap

Wifi isn’t brilliant in the room but works fine down by the pool

Very good location with a lovely pool and brilliant staff. Small restaurant and café at the front of the hotel which was lovely for lunches. Very comfortable and good value for money.

The plugs are a nightmare - we had a universal adapter and it didn’t stay in unless we shoved a bag up against the wall.

Such friendly atmosphere nothing was too much trouble will recommend place to my friends
