Pessoal da lanchonete nada simpático. Pedi refeição pra mim e esposa. Aguardamos 1 hora... e esqueceram. Banheiro com vazamento no box. Paredes do quarto suja.. cheguei e tinha um pessoal pintando um desenho na parede próximo a lanchonete. Minha opinião seria prioridade pintar os quartos....

we switch rooms due to the room not being clean and they gave us another one that was dirty as well.

Everything. Amazing place and staff. Great breakfast. Very good restaurant nearby. Best beach.

Mattress and pillow could be harder. Not ideal for people with back pain. Not a big issue.

Almost everything. Management runs this hotel on the philosophy of how can we not spend money.. No need to elaboarte but if you want to learn how a hotel can make a penny bounce book in. The beds are horrible, toilet paper is so thin you can see thru it, cups are so thin you need 2 hands to hold one without spilling, 3 sets of toilets are locked forcing you to pee in the pool or walk to your room, and the list goes on.

Location was in front of the beach. The swimming pool was really well maintained (clean and warm). The shower was good. AC working perfectly.

Breakfast: It was very basic and the kitchen staff was not using uniforms for us to know, that they belong to the hotel. Fruits and butter could be on a cold/icy plate to keep them fresher. Noise: It becomes difficult to sleep if, at night time, there are people using the pool area after 11 pm. My first night was a nightmare due to noise till 4:30 am, but the next 2 nights were silent so I could sleep well. Location: On one hand, it is good as it is in front of the maranduba beach, while if you want to be in the center of Ubatuba, be mindful that it is one hour away.
