Loved our 2 night stay! Location was excellent, quiet and less than 10 min walk to the old town. Room was spacious, fresh and clean, comfortable bed. Great parking spot close by. Host responded right way to any queries we had. Would definitely return there again.

The room looked brand new, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The buffet breakfast offered at the property was also delicious and good value for money. Parking is on the street, but the proper permits were taken care of by the property.

A lift to the second floor could have been better.

Exeptionally friendly staff!!!

Street that the Villa is on is very busy and the traffic could be heard through the night and early in the morning, so sleeping there was not the best.

Everything was spot on! Perfect location close to the city center (about 5 min by foot), free parking nearby, quiet, with many trees and shade. Breakfast is rich and varied and there are many seating possibilities both inside and outside in the garden. Staff is wonderful, open, friendly, helpful and they speak many languages. Our room was in a separate building next to the main hotel and it was very quiet, with modern furnishing, a very large bathroom and a nice view from the balcony. Everything was very clean, beds were made every day and towels were regularly changed. Absolutely recommended - best place we've ever stayed in Rovinj!

The staff was really friendly and accommodating! There is always someone within reach (in person or at least per phone) for any questions and are ready to help. Also the cleanliness of the room and the dining room is all we could ask for. Breakfast is totally okay for the price. Not too much but all you need for a good breakfast!

The two things that people could find fault with may be the 1min walk to the parking Space and the 5min walk to city centre. But in my opinion that‘s not worth a „don‘t like“-sentence ;)

Very small room.

Staff was helpful and they have prpblem solving attitude. Parking space is free. The room is very practical, modern, there is fridge and even also a small freezer. Nice surroundings and the old town is quite close, it takes around 5-10 minutes on foot to get there.

The greyish colour of the room.

The room I was in was well furnished with wonderful natural light flowing in. Comfortable, nice smelling, it was amazing. Pino was very welcoming from the get go, smooth check-in and even helped me with my luggage. Then when I had to kill time while waiting for the bus, he, again was incredibly hospitable, letting me have some juices /coffee though breakfast was over by then. He made sure I was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also very nice too.

The property was situated up on top of a hill and can be quite a climb but it's not a bad thing since you will need exercise after having so much food in old town. The other design issue I had was with the toilet where the soap was located outside the shower so u had to walk a bit to get to it and even then, u had to do repeated trips because the soap dispenser is fixed to the wall.

Nice guest house in pleasant location, good value for money

A little bit of a walk to the centre but it is clear where it is and I feel it would be difficult to get anything in the old town.
