The rental was everything we had hoped for. Spotlessly clean, roomy, ocean view, less than a hundred yards to the beach, nice beds, upper and lower decks and centrally located. Would certainly return.

The house is very very old and many things don't work. Fans lights etc. Location was fine. Would not recommend it nor stay there again.

My daughter and I wanted a weekend getaway. So we booked this duplex and it was great. Just across the street from the beach. It was just what we needed.

The house was nice, amenities were good. Its access to the beach was unbeatable and the view was lovely and we could see the beach even when we weren’t on the beach. It was spacious and overall a great place. We brought our dogs and there was a large grass yard to walk them in. The only cons I can think of were I wasn’t used to the slight movement from the stilt house. The second was that the floor was slightly uneven around the stairs so if anyone in your group has balance issues you need to be extremely careful.

It was so cute! Clean and so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. May I suggest an empty shelf for guest food stuff. The balcony was so nice to sit on in the evenings. Beach acess was very convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was very clean and close to the beach. The beach access point is right across the street. The outdoor shower was it nice to rinse off before heading inside.

Don't let the weathered outside fool you. The duplex is very clean, spacious and open. It accommodated my 6 person crew flawlessly. I must warn those with weak knees to be wary of the indoor stairs. The steps themselves are too narrow and hauling stuff up/downstairs can be quite a harrowing experience. Otherwise, the place is lovely and fully fit for a great weekend escape. The neighborhood is quiet despite being in a busy street across the beach. 10/10 will rent again!

We just loved this house and the easy access to the beach and local restaurants. It was a perfect location but wish the weather would of been better! Thank you for sharing your house with us and would rent it again.

Everything was perfect

The property is directly across from beach access. We had the unit with the balcony and loved sitting out there watching the waves. Very charming and comfortable, thank you for the great stay.

Location wise, this place was spot on. Right across the street from the ocean, it had a beautiful view of the sunrise as well as the crashing waves. The upstairs balcony was our favorite hangout. The duplex was fully stocked and had plenty of space for us to sprawl out and relax. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms/bedrooms were well appointed, but we only spent the 1 night there. That's when this 10/10 VRBO property lost it's high rating. The beds were lumpy, bumpy and anything but comfortable. Out of the 5 of us who stayed there, no one got a good nights rest. Even the balcony we loved was rather treacherous to walk on bare foot, as nails randomly protruded. The house, built on stilts, were now visibly rotted at the base, and the entire A-frame house moved even with the slightest breeze. The inside flooring and staircase had shifted as well, making walking from room to room even a challenge. Upon arrival, the easy access to the beach and ocean views made this place well worth the price of admission. We even discussed renting it again sometime. That is, until we went to bed. If only the beds matched the quality of this location, I would have given it a much higher review.

Great location, walk across the road to the beach. Very clean, easy to check-in-keys were on the counter as promised. Good location for dogs - not fenced in but lots of streets to walk dogs. Property manager very responsive, very quick to answer questions. Only issue, we were surprised to find out it was a duplex - we had unexpected neighbors next door, but was ok.

Don't let the exterior fool you! This house has everything you need and is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Carol and Leslie are the best hosts and we even made friends with the neighbors staying in Unit 2. Pros: Location, Location, Location! Location was great. We rented both units and accommodated my family perfectly. We cooked all our meals there it had everything we need to cook. A bonus, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies were provided. Washer dryer too.

The condo was amazing. Perfectly located right across the beach with a very convenient beach access. The condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly needed. There was all the appliances, dishes, cleaning supplies including laundry detergent. The upstairs room was very large to accommodate all of us. The balcony was amazing to sit out on and just take in the salt air and relax. Such an easy peasy check-in/check-out procedures. Highly recommend this rental.

The duplex is adorable. The upstairs sitting room and balcony is very nice. The best part of the property is that it is directly across from a butterfly garden, and we could see the sunrise over the garden and the Gulf of Mexico from the porch and upstairs balcony. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs, beach boards, and other toys to borrow on the porch. Public beach access is directly across the street to the right of the butterfly garden. The duplex is located not far from many of the attractions we visited.

I had a wonderful time here with my friends over the summer the location is just across the street from the beach. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything was as promised and we would love to stay here again!

I enjoy my visit. Close to the beach. The only thing the rooms were hot at night. Other than that I love staying there.

Nice property with plenty of space upstairs and downstairs, very close to the beach. Couch and beds were very uncomfortable so we couldn't get much sleep. Having a washer and dryer was super nice. Host and cleaning staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Had another great time at this rental property with my family! My kids love the beach and this place allowed them to get their fill! I am so glad that we were lucky enough to be able to stay here again!
