Outside area was enjoyable with the swimming pool and barbecue. The room was big enough, there were a few kitchen supplies (microwave, dishes, silverware), and there was nice natural light.

The breakfast room was too small, so depending on where you sat, you had to ask other guests to move their chair to pass through, and the breakfast food was not very good at all, especially the cakes. The image in the TV had some noise and the remote was not working properly. There was a leak in a heating system in the bathroom, resulting in a wet floor until we discovered the problem and let the front person know. They were aware, but did not place any container to get the leaking water or warned us in advance. When cleaning the room, the maids left the towels to dry on the nightstands, which was uncomfortable. It was too pricey for all these inconveniences.

Breakfast has quite a lot of options available but the quality of the food is not very good. The coffee was bad, it was burned.

We arrived to find the lights on but no-one in reception. After ringing the bell for about 20 minutes, we tried calling on WhatsApp and messaging through booking.com but no answer. The message was even read but they didnt reply. Eventually we spoke to the lovely old couple next door who told us the hotel was closed and helped us find alternative accommodation. Why was the booking accepted and we not told it was closed!?

Really friendly and welcoming hosts. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Quiet location and only a few minutes walk to the centre.
