Superbe séjour! Personnel aux petits soins, chambre propre et agréable. Bien situé dans Nairobi. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. La nourriture est excellente - bravo au chef pour son superbe vegetarian biryani, un véritable délice. Le petit déjeuner est exquis également. La petite terrasse au 7eme étage est également très agréable.

Impossible de commander le petit dejeuner à emporter le jour même (il faut passer la commande la veille). Cela pourrait être amélioré ! Et sinon c est bien de le savoir, comme cela pas de surprise de dernier moment

The staff was very kind. Breakfast and dinner were good. The location was good. The room was clean and tidy.

The room had windows that didn't open, but it didn't feel stuffy.

The property is comfortable, clean and conveniently located. I am always happy to return to the Meridian for this reason, but especially because of the staff. They are attentive, helpful and kind - everyone whom I interacted with there went out of their way to make me comfortable in my stay. Patrick, Alex, Nora, Mary were excellent in customer service. Robert and Elizabeth offered great help in dealing with a reservation issue.

Everything. The service. The aircon. The shower. The bed. The food. The wifi. The smiling and helpful staff. Oh especially the transport ladies. Davina was unbelievable. She even drove me to a meeting herself.

was very good and I can recommend others , but I will always warn them about one staff by names of Jackline Kanja. she’s not professional in hotelier jobs , she wants to charge people if you check in early. normally hotels they charge late check out not early check in.

Location!! Nice to walk out of the hotel and be immediately immersed in Nairobi streets, shops and people. Felt quite safe though always aware to be vigilant with belongings. There was a safe in room. Some nice restaurants nearby. Great breakfast at the hotel. Staff very attentive and followed up with some room issues I had initially.

The pressure of the Air Conditioner unit is not cold enough

They took advantage of my good nature i bought several staff a beer and then payed for a coke with 1000 kes the till didn't work so i said id collect my change later however when i went ro collect my change they said i hadnt bought the coke Alfred the gym manager and James the barman are both thiefs and stole my money therefore i left the hotel early and would never return due to thiefs

Fabulous location, great facilities, EXCELLENT staff!

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming; particularly Emmanuel and Patrick. Rooms were well maintained and overall quality was good. Dining staff were attentive and the quality of the food was good.
