Tom is unbelievably nice and caring. The property is clean, spacious and well secured. Pictures haven't done justice to this property.

Kitchen equipments could be better.

We had some struggles with our luggage at the airport and Tom stayed there with us for 4 hours to talk to the stuff and manage everything. The apartment has everything you need and you can store your luggage at the hotel for a few days. Also the guards and the house lady were super nice and helped whenever you needed something. Also the area is very safe and there is a shop with water 3min away and a shopping mall about 7min away.

Not a thing. A very good apartment!!

Keys were with the reception/security gate and promptly available to us on arrival, in fact we had the choice of 2 apartments and made our choice immediately.

On the last 2 days we had no toilet paper and on the last day the wifi stopped working. The hot water supply in the bathrooms was not optimal

Very nice place. Tom is great and very helpfull. He also transfer us from airport around 04.00 am. Closed to yaya center and other malls.

The Location was good for me as it was close to super markets, chemist shops and my favourite restaraunt CJs Kilimani.

The main door locks were broken. Out of my 3 day stay, there was no WIFI for 2 days. Television wasnt working or may be I was unable to figure out how would it turn on. Broken Comod seat. In short, this place is not well maintained.

It was specious and in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city centre.

The bath tub in the master bedroom seemed not to be functional.. There seemed to be no one to clean the house during our stay.

The staff was quick to answer questions and help us with anything (like extra towels). The apartments were spacious and comfortable. Easy walking distance to grocery store and mall.

Location was perfect we had easy access several amenities. Tom went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and worthwhile. I will definitely return. Yaya brooks is highly recommended.

It would be a good idea for the administration to provide prior notice about cleaning hours of the pool so that we plan accordingly.

Nothing major but it could be made more cosy and homely- add some artwork and deco. Some attention to detail missing and not checked before guest arrival e.g. tv remotes not working, jacuzzi was not working, mosquito nets tied in a wonky way.
